SD 2027 Rankings: Wiebenga up, Lyman’s Volmer makes jump

Wassenaar is in his own tier. <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Tier 2 is prospects #2-#4, which includes [player_tooltip player_id='2250284' first='Grifin' last='Wiebenga'], [player_tooltip player_id='2249344' first='Carter' last='Craven'], [player_tooltip player_id='2250240' first='Colby' last='Nuttbrock'].</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2250284' first='Grifin' last='Wiebenga'] is making a jump back into the #2 spot after his breakout season at the AA level. He was a highly consistent scorer all season long for Tea Area. Huge offseason coming for Grif with [program_tooltip program_id='2250291' first='Hoop' last='City South Dakota']. He's a highly versatile defensive player as a capable wing defender and a bonafide rim-protector and rebounder. He's missing some skills as a connective ball-handler and three-point shooter, but If he can advance in his skills in the next couple of years, he will be a prized recruit. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Tier 3 starts out with West Central point guard [player_tooltip player_id='2076018' first='Connor' last='Mebius'].
