Sully Kieffer Sully Kieffer 6'0" | CG has carved out his role as the steady hand for the Comets and has been impressive early on. The junior point guard is growing increasingly comfortable as the floor general, bringing composure, toughness, and control to both ends of the floor. His defensive presence sets the tone, as he consistently draws the assignment of guarding the opposing team’s top perimeter threat and takes pride in making life difficult for them. On offense, Kieffer keeps everything organized. He does a strong job of initiating sets, delivering the ball to the right spots, and keeping teammates involved, all while knowing when to assert himself. His strength and shiftiness make him hard to keep out of the lane, and once he gets downhill, he creates problems for defenses. Add in Sully’s ability to rebound at a high level for a guard, and Kieffer’s impact goes well beyond the stat sheet. His poise, physicality, and two-way play have made him a difference maker early and a name to keep an eye on as the season moves forward.

With key graduates moving on, Rapid City Christian will look to junior guard Sully Kieffer Sully Kieffer 6'0" | CG to take the reins and he’s ready for the challenge. An athletic and confident point guard, Kieffer plays with energy and aggression on both ends of the floor. He’s a tenacious on-ball defender who takes pride in disrupting opponents, a productive rebounder from the guard spot, and a dynamic playmaker who thrives in transition. After a strong offseason where he sharpened his shooting and overall polish, Kieffer is poised to emerge as the Comets’ go-to leader and a true breakout performer in Class A this season.

Sully is a solid performer from his guard position. One that can fill it up fast from the outside.

Kieffer has been inching up to the top 10 in the 2027 class. He has elite athleticism and jumps out of the gym.

Kieffer is combining his freak athleticism with a developing skill-set. He showed to be a solid distributor of the ball in the half court, with a really skilled and explosive handle on the ball. One of the top few vertically-gifted and bouncy athletes in the class. He uses that athleticism to finish at the rim. Gets by his initial defender quite easily with his burst.
