Class AAAA Section 1 Review and Prospect Check

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rochester John Marshall 12-2 (14)</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1450098' first='Eli' last='Ladu'] - The 2025 guard is leading the Rockets in scoring at 18 points per game and had a huge 33 point showing versus Mankato West Friday January 17th. Ladu stands six-feet but uses quickness with his feet, and hands very well defensively hounding guards on the perimeter and the length of the court. Ladu isn't just quick, he's fast, especially in transition like against Mayo where he scored multiple times in transition to accumulate 26 points. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2422068' first='Brayson' last='Sawyer'] - Sawyer is a six-foot-four-inch 2025 wing that helps Rochester JM spread the floor with his outside shooting and uses his length to bother ball handlers on the perimeter. His 5 3-pointers were instrumental to RJM's victory over Owatonna January 6th, a game he finished with 21 points.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2381222' first='Deng' last='Lueth'] - The six-foot-eleven-inch big man is having a really solid season so far averaging 15 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Lueth plays the game hard, and contests any shot he can at the rim. He's long as well as tall, and takes up a lot of space. Lueth was a serious project player last season working his way off JV to Varsity at this time last year and is a very much a quality contributor.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2422069' first='Angok' last='Kucha'] - Kucha is a six-foot-seven-inch forward that has scored 32 points in his last 3 games and grabbed 11 rebounds versus Albert Lea and 14 boards versus Mankato West. Versus Mankato West he also handed out 6 assists, nabbed 2 steals and blocked 2 shots. Kucha runs the floor well, and is a good athlete that can step out on the perimeter and make 3-pointers. </p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lakeville South 8-6 (17)</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1470706' first='Keaton' last='Ressler'] - Ressler has at least 10 games where he's made at least 2 3–pointers in a game with his high of 7 versus Chaska. The six-foot-one-inch 2025 senior is scoring 16 points per game for South leading them in scoring. Scoring may not even be Ressler's best quality as a player. The guard is such a good passer setting up teammates and moving the ball for the betterment of the team. I watched multiple times this Summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] passing up shooting opportunities for better shots. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2104512' first='Hudson' last='Greene'] - The six-foot-five-inch 2025 forward is averaging 11 points per game for South. Greene is an ultimate glue guy for your team willing to do everything, and do it solid game in and game out. Has enough size to block shots and ability to step out on the perimeter and hit shots. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2406398' first='Malachi' last='Gant'] - The six-foot-one-inch guard has really taken advantage of his opportunity this season scoring 15 points per game for South in the two lead type guard backcourt. During the summer playing for [program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] Gant impressed me with his shooting ability and his solidness as an athlete.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2400080' first='Nolan' last='Greene'] - The six-foot-three-inch 2028 Greene has really stepped in to offer defense and rebounding for South as a freshman. Greene overmatched opponents on the Prep Hoops Next Circuit last summer and has shown he's ready to contribute.</p>    <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/streethistory/status/1792310897441968414 </div></figure>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lakeville North 10-5 (19)</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2422065' first='Drew' last='Kolander'] - Kolander is a six-foot-six-inch stretch forward for Lakeview North who's averaging 13 points per game. Kolander has ability in the pick and pop game like versus Lakeville South when he scored 18 points and grabbed 5 boards. Kolander has skill as a passer and that really opens up the offense for Lakeville North, and he has some ability with his back to the basket.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2094704' first='Johanes' last='Piscikas'] - The six-foot-three-inch 2025 forward from Lakeview North has really stepped up for his senior year leading the Panthers in scoring at 16 points per game. Piscikas has shown he can be a very consistent outside shooter making multiple 3's in games and putting together complete games like Chanhassen when he scored 20, had 13 rebounds, and 5 assists. He uses his above average leaping ability to rebound well, and uses that athleticism on the perimeter to deflect passes and block occasional shots.</p>    <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://www.instagram.com/freshcoasthoops/reel/C4tMNPvxtwL/ </div></figure>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Farmington 7-6 (21)</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1575348' first='Cole' last='Wilcek'] - Farmington - Wilcek unfortunately went down with a significant knee injury recently for the Tigers. The 2025 senior was 2nd on the team in scoring at 13 points per game. The six-foot-four-inch [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] forward is committed to UW-Eau Claire. We wish Wilcek a speedy recovery.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1617794' first='Ryan' last='Beckwith'] - The 2025 six-foot-two-inch Tigers guard is leading them in scoring at 13.2 points per game. He's hit multiple 3-pointers at least 8 times including in a game recently versus Eastview when he had 3 3-pointers with a team high 16 points. The Tigers run good actions to get Beckwith move to shoot away in the half-court and he does well recognizing to take advantage of defenders who go under. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1357386' first='Nikolas' last='Domier'] - Domier is a six-foot-five-inch 2025 wing who's scoring 11 points per game for the Tigers. The lefty is a skilled footwork wing, good passer, and can shoot it from the perimeter.He's a do it all type for the Tigers. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2126447' first='Briggs' last='Sheridan'] - The six-foot-nine–inch 2027 stretch big man Sheridan is such a good outside shooter like versus Eastview where he sank 5 3-pointers. A couple games prior he did the same versus Apple Valley. Sheridan also moves well all over the floor.  </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2126465' first='Tommy' last='Schabert'] - Schabert is a 2027 six-foot-seven-inch forward for the Tigers that hasn't seen too much varsity playing time as of yet. Kruschke is a dangerous outside shooter with skill to bomb in transition just as much in the half-court. Owatonna runs actions for Cole to get him free to shoot, and he does very well running off screens. Kruschke has multiple games with</p>    <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2109917' first='Nolan' last='Ginskey'] - 2025 five-foot-eleven-inch guard is a big football athlete, top 3 wide receiver in the state of Minnesota and was a Mr. Football Finalist. Owatonna has been a 5A football power recently and Ginskey shows on the basketball court why. Tough athlete, and in Owatonna zone press defense he jumps passing lanes at will with good anticipation. His 21 points help propel the Huskies to victory over Northfield.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rochester Mayo 9-6 (34)</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2417626' first='Will' last='Gyarmaty'] - THe six-foot-foot-inch 2026 wing for Rochester Mayo is averaging 16.6 points per game and has made multiple 3-pointers 11 different times this season already. Gyarmaty is a skilled scorer, has good footwork around the rim, and in the half-court makes himself open to hit shots.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2381759' first='Reggie' last='Parker'] - Parker is an athletic forward that stands six-foot-six-inches. He uses length and agility to make plays and runs the floor very well. Has a good spot-up jump shot and is scoring 11.3 points per game for Mayo.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2124278' first='Isaac' last='Peterson'] - Peterson is a 2026 six-foot-five-inch wing from Rochester Mayo averaging 10.1 points per game. Peterson is a solid secondary ball handler from the wing, and does well to attack the seams. Weichert has been out of the line-up more often than not and New Prague has struggled without him. In a game versus Rochester Mayo in December Weichert did play; he showed off his 3-point shooting making 7 3's in a game New Prague lost to section rival Mayo 77-70. Weichert is due back in the line-up for New Prague on Tuesday after recovering from a sprained ankle.</p>
