Preseason Position Rankings: 2027 Off-ball Guards

His mid-range game is full of moves to create windows for “tough” shots, but he's even more dangerous when simply gets to his spots and fires. Hailing from Maryland's Eastern Shore, the power that extends from his lower body on jumpers is also visible when he high-points the ball on rebounds. He uses his strength to burst through creases in the defense before making the quick decision to either kick to a shooter or keep it. His gift for moving without the ball makes him a vertical floor spacer in that halfcourt, able to dunk off of lobs and duck-ins. The deflections and steals he gets as a help defender generate additional opportunities for him to tear the rim off in transition.
