<p>Harlan County - The state runner-up from last year return a lot of experience and they'll be competitive for the region title again.</p>

<p>Perry County Central - The returning champs have a chance to repeat. [player_tooltip player_id='2358114' first='Trayten' last='Woods'] is a tough returner and Carter Castle is another double figure scorer.</p>
