One of the more consistent producers this weekend, Davie just flat out gets stuff done on the court. The power forward is excellent at working at the elbow area where he knocked down mid-range shots from the baseline and free-throw line areas of the court. In transition, Davie gets a head of steam and is tough to stop going downhill to the rim with his strength and coordination. Wildcat Select also ran a couple sets to let Davie operate with the ball in his hands, with a fake DHO action getting him a wide-open layup. Off defensive rebounds, Davie has the skill to bring the ball up the court and get into mid transition opportunities where he forces help from other defenders as Davie can beat other bigs down the court. One of the most productive players from Kentucky's 2028 class, expect Division I programs to be checking out Davie throughout the rest of the summer.

I've always been a big fan of Hill's game when he's looking to get his teammates involved and set the table offensively. He did that during Session I where he was among the leaders in the entire 16 U 3SSB league in assists per game and continued that play over the weekend. Hill creates so many open 3-point looks with his ability to get downhill and kickout to shooters along the baseline with drift passes. Hill also pushes the tempo and creates numbers advantages for his team in the pick and roll as he can beat the blitz or a hedge with a quick pass or drive. Knocking down a fair amount of perimeter shots as well, Hill displayed confidence in the mid-range and from beyond the arc. Hoping to see Hill's rim finishing continue to improve, especially against big rim protectors. One of the top floor generals in Ohio's 2028 class, Hill is another player who Division I programs will want to check out this summer.

Wildcat Select 15 U are one of the top teams on the 3SSB circuit and they have a handful of players who can hurt you by playing alongside star [player_tooltip player_id='2851845' first='Mason' last='Grivna']. Starks found success on Saturday night with a handful of transition buckets, including a breakaway dunk where he got to show off his athleticism. A tough transition slasher, Starks is at his best when he's attacking closeouts or leaking out in transition. Also knocking down a catch and shoot 3-pointer on the wing, Starks jumper will be a key swing skill for him to continue to master during the next couple fall offseasons. One of the more talented 2029 prospects from central Ohio, Starks should be a featured player for Pickerington North next season.

One of the top guards in the Louisville area, Sweeney was efficient for Wildcat Select 15 U as he was able to get to the rim in both half-court and transition opportunities. A hard left hand driver, Sweeney does a good job of leveraging his body to score past rim protectors but will eventually need to develop a right-hand counter in the next few years. Extremely tough to stop at the 15 U level due to his quick first step and touch around the rim, Sweeney was one of the most productive freshman guards in Kentucky during the winter and should continue to put up monster numbers in the KHSAA.

A monster weekend for Stearns who was flat out dominant in the paint. A big man who plays with a relentless motor, Stearns wants to make the guy who has to box him out miserable all game long. Feasting on the offensive glass, Stearns created so many second chance opportunities and almost always finished with two points. Stearns can play above the rim and had a couple alley-oop dunks in the two games I caught. Overall, Stearns aggressiveness and physicality really stood out on both ends of the court. To put it in simplest terms, Stearns looked like he wanted to win more than the opposing bigs he saw this weekend and that's a major reason why Phenom United 16 U went 3-1 this weekend with their lone loss coming by just three points.
