Nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops. We are in the gym every single weekend throughout the spring and summer not just covering our own events, but also hitting some of the top circuits across the country. During this spring live evaluation period we had boots on the ground coverage at both 3SSB Session II in Mishawaka, Indiana and UAA Session II in Hamilton, Ohio. As always, we will be highlighting top performers and producing a ton of content over the next several days from our time spent at these events. Here are some of the top prospects that we saw on Friday at UAA Session II at Spooky Nook in Hamilton, Ohio.

A Top 10 prospect in Kentucky's Class of 2027, Coffman turned in an excellent individual performance to lead Stars Basketball 17u to an impressive win over Atlanta Xpress on Sunday at UAA Session II. The versatile 6'6" wing scored 14 points primarily by attacking closeouts off of the dribble and using his combination of athleticism and strength to finish at the end of his drives. That versatility makes him a very intriguing prospect to follow heading into the summer.

The physical development of Cross Jr. has really helped to improve his stock heading into the summer. Always known as an elite catch-and-shoot threat, the 6'2" guard has bulked up physical and can now really run the point. His ball handling is sound, he is strong enough now to play through some contact, and his confidence off of the dribble is much higher. Look for more scholarship offers to come his way in the coming months playing with Grand Rapids Storm 17u.

If we are talking about stock-risers, Dougherty would be among those from the state of Indiana that increased their stock the most at UAA Session II. The 6'9" big man has really improved as an interior presence. He still stepped out to knock down a couple of three-point shots on Sunday, but was excellent finishing around the basket both on the roll and via post moves. Dougherty finished with 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 blocked shots in an afternoon win for Indiana Jammers 17u that we watched.

Kerrigan had the full range of his offensive skill set on display on Sunday at UAA Session II. The 6'6" forward found a lot of success facing up and driving it to the basket. He would drive left to spin back right, whip his man in a straight line to his right, or turn his drive into a post move and score around the basket. His unique combination of athleticism, skill, and strength presented major matchup problems in the game we had a chance to watch on Sunday. It was easy to see why Kerrigan is considered one of the top prospects in the state of Kansas.

Nover posted an impressive double-double in the final game of the weekend finishing with 25 points and 12 rebounds in a blowout victory for Progeny UA Grind 17u. The 6'4" shot 4-8 from three-point range and showed some real aggressiveness off of the bounce as a scorer. His shooting ability is certainly something for college coaches to take a look at heading into the summer.

It had been since last summer since we had the chance to see Shouse play live. The versatile 6'8" forward quickly caught our attention and showcased significant improvements on Sunday at UAA Session II. Shouse showed off a smooth stroke as a catch-and-shoot threat, finished an athletic reverse layup when attacking a closeout, and scored out of the mid-post for Stars Basketball 17u in an impressive win over Atlanta Xpress.

Playing with Indiana Jammers 15u this weekend, Weaver put together a huge scoring performance on Sunday afternoon in the game that we watched. The 6'1" athletic guard from Scecina Memorial came out of the gate hot and had a couple of stretches where he simply took over the game. He is a skilled driver, smooth jump shooter, and has the athleticism to finish in a variety of ways at the end of his drives. Weaver ended up with 28 points in that contest.
