1.
Jaylen Petty

Rainier Beach | 2025
State
WA
Rainier Beach
Petty’s stock continues to rise as the country is awakened to one of the most electric guards on the West Coast. He’s a knockdown shooter with extended range who also has plus athleticism that shows up with quick moves outside and big finishes at the rim. But Petty’s more than a lights-out shooter and phenom athlete, he’s an astute basketball player who reads the floor exceptionally well on both ends.
2.
Beckett Currie

Currie
6'0" | PG
Camas | 2025
State
WA
Camas
Currie is easily one of the top shooters from around the state with a bag to match. But a lot of the time his elite shooting overshadows his passing skills. He’s not just a shooter. Currie averaged over five assists per game last season and understands how to effectively draw defenders out and open space up for teammates. While it doesn’t appear he’ll be back at Camas next winter, we’ll be watching to see wherever he ends up next.
3. Cesar Hernandez Cesar Hernandez 6'0" | PG Davis | 2025 State WA Davis
Hernandez is about as poised and smooth as any guard in Washington. He’s a calculated scorer who uses angles, change of pace, and body positioning to expose defenders, create space, and score from each level. He will be working with a very different-looking Davis team this winter with four of their starters graduating this June.
4.
Leyton Martin
Leyton
Martin
6'0" | PG
Arlington | 2025
State
WA
Arlington
One of the craftiest, toughest guards in his class, Martin showed just how difficult he is to guard at last year’s state tournament. He’s a kid who can go off for 40 points, or lay down a triple-double, and plays with a great sense of the action on the court.
5.
Xavier Santana

Santana
6'3" | PG
Elite Futures Prep | 2025
State
WA
Elite Futures Prep
Santana is an excellent defender who can knock down shots from long-range, but he’s gotten to show off more of his playmaking skills with Elite Futures Prep this past year. He has great burst out of his moves, changes speeds well, and has shown he can make all the passes necessary from entries, to skips, to dimes on the break.
6.
Jeremiah Harshman

6'1" | PG
Annie Wright | 2025
State
WA
Annie Wright
Harshman is a showrunner who gets his guys in position and commands the offense with the ball. He’s great in pick-and-rolls, sees all his options, and continues to improve as a scorer from each level. His high IQ keeps him a step ahead on both ends and this could be the year he helps lead the Gators to a 1A title.
7.
Nyale Robinson

Robinson
5'10" | PG
Rainier Beach | 2025
State
WA
Rainier Beach
Robinson has been a big riser over the last year and a half. He’s a bit of a new-age point guard with a flamethrower from deep and is really able to stretch defenses to their limits. That being said, he’s still able to run sets, get his guys the ball in their spots, and lock up on the other end.
8. Bryce Smith Bryce Smith 6'1" | PG Bellevue | 2025 State WA Bellevue
Smith is one of the best Washington athletes you’ll find at the point guard spot. He’s a HM football recruit and you can see it in the way he hoops. He’s a menace defensively, has excellent quickness and stop-and-go, and is willing to challenge anyone at the rim on either end.
9.
Arion Palacol
Arion
Palacol
5'11" | PG
Marysville Getchell | 2025
State
WA
Marysville Getchell
Palacol is a smart PG who can dice up defenses with his patient play and spaces the floor with the best of them. He keeps the offense flowing with controlled penetration, good ball movement, and excellent work off the ball to spot up and knock down 3s.
10. Treyshawn Weatherspoon Treyshawn Weatherspoon 5'11" | PG Rogers (Puyallup) | 2025 State WA Rogers (Puyallup)
One of the paciest players in his class, Weatherspoon is a natural with the ball and makes quick decisions at high speeds. He’s a kid who looks to attack at every opportunity but can make quick reads in high-traffic areas to dime up teammates. He’s also a playmaker on the other end and can really swing the momentum of a game in an instant.
