Currently one of the top scorers in Oklahoma’s freshman class. Based on how Lowe’s spring has started he is set up to be one of the best scorers in Oklahoma regardless of grade. It starts with the end to end speed he has that makes him a blur in transition and a handful in the halfcourt. But there’s already maturity to his scoring game, especially with his ability to hit jumpers off the dribble. The 918 guard is an elite prospect, set up for a huge spring against national competition.
Crosslen has been a force in every viewing this spring, with athletic upside and developing guard skills positioning him to be one of the risers this summer in the Class of 2027. He’s starting to show the explosiveness to be an above the rim finisher in transition, while also hitting consistently from the perimeter. The Rogers Roper has the profile of a prospect who is just starting to scratch the surface of his potential.
Highlights
Steady shooting from distance helped the freshman guard earn minutes on a 5A State Tournament team. That’s still apparent this grassroots seasons with the way he knocks down triples. But at the recent MadeHoops event in Norman, he’s starting to show more comfort in putting it on the floor. Especially as a creator for his teammates. Playing at the 15U level and developing his game should bear fruit to a strong sophomore campaign next winter.
Highlights
Playing up against 16U level competition is bringing valuable reps to the 405 sharpshooter. Hamilton has DEEP range from three, excelling in a spot up, floor spacing role. But the youngster in a recent viewing showed a bit more to his game, including a good baseline take after being ran off the line. While also having a willingness to get on the floor for a loose ball. With the way Hamilton shoots the ball from distance, he’ll require further monitoring this summer and next winter.
The little sharpshooter continues to impress this spring. Especially as he shows the ability to be a spot up threat along with the confidence to pull up off the dribble. As the youngster continues to physical mature, his quality shooting ability will give him a chance to make waves.
In a couple viewings this spring, Keys has been a rock solid point guard who elevates his teammates by valuing the ball and seemingly always making the right play. He’s an accurate passer, with a variety of ways to set up his teammates. From making on the money bounce pass feeds, to getting downhill and finding open shooters, his unselfish ways are a plus to his quality team. While seemingly mainly focused as a creator, he has shown glimpses of a scoring punch as a shooter.
