Jamarrion is a versatile scoring guard who shoots the ball with confidence and efficiency while also creating his own offense off the bounce. He’s a consistent perimeter threat with solid mechanics, but what separates him is his ability to put the ball on the floor, break down defenders, and get to his spots. Look for Hardeman to continue to build on what was an outstanding junior season. Jamarrion is competing with Southern Ties AAU and will look to take his shooting to another level against good competition over the next few months. The Norman North standout fifteen games this past season in which he was able to make multiple shots from long range. Look out for his passing to take strides as well. The junior was featured more as a true ball handler with the Timberwolves and has shown the ability to read defenses and take care of the ball.

In last Wednesday loss to Mustang, Hardeman went toe to toe with one of the top teams in the state. For a lot of his scoring, it was a return to his sharpshooting ways that he made his name with as an underclassman. But he’s doing more on the ball now as the top player for the Timberwolves. Including hitting tough off the dribble deep pulls ups. Has improved his handles and passing to help break tough pressing defense. The junior is one of the more improved players in his class, as he’s transformed from an off the ball shooting specialist to more of a modern lead guard.

Breakout junior season for the sharpshooter, who has stepped into an expanded role. Hit his customary crucial three pointers in the second half of the win, while also being more of an offensive engine. Is more nimble and dangerous off the bounce, using good footwork and a stout frame to knife into the heart of the defense. Has a tough test tonight vs Santa Fe, but the development of his game over the last year is already quite impressive.

Always has been one of the top shooters in the class. Hardeman is complete with parking lot range. It’s impressive how effortless he makes it look when shooting from deep distance. Has also improved as a passer. Got downhill to make paint touches to set up other shooters and played heads up in transition.

The theme of a different Norman North sophomore stepping each game continued, as it was their sharpshooter who helped secure them a win against their bitter rivals. Late in the fourth in a tied game, he broke the tie with a triple. Then seconds later hit another to extend their lead, which also proved to be point total they needed. Hardeman was also the player who smartly ran out the clock, avoiding a few defenders as the clock hit zero for their one point win. He hit three triples on the day and is continuing to grow in his role for a scrappy Timberwolves squad.

Shooting is often a ticket to early playing time for young prospects to the court. And when players shoot it as well as Hardeman, it’s hard to keep them off the court. Played on a summer team filled with athletes and tempo, which the Timberwolf fit in by playing hard on defense. But where he stood out the most was being automatic when his feet were set and he was left open from the arc. Expect that to carry over into his sophomore season, as Hardeman’s floor spacing abilities will lead to playing team even on an athletic and upperclassman laden Norman North squad.

Another prospect from Team Trae Young Ty’s 15U group, the Norman North Timberwolf brought a different dimension to the squad that went 3-0. While he still played the same breakneck, intense, defense as the rest of his teammates, he added another look on the offensive end. Hardeman was a steady long distance shooter throughout multiple games at the Border War. Some of those makes came via taking advantage of open looks in transition and off teammate drives, but he also looks to have good feel with the ball in his hands.
