<p><strong><em>Schools in the County</em></strong>: Anderson Christian, Belton-Honea Path HS, Crescent HS, Palmetto HS, Pendleton HS, Powdersville HS, TL Hanna HS, Westside HS and Wren HS </p>

<p><strong>Anderson Christian</strong> - The Lions finished (8-14) a season ago in the SCISA ranks. The Lions will need to replace plenty of scoring that was lost on the roster due to graduation. </p>

<p><strong>Belton-Honea Path HS (Honea Path)</strong> - Who will set up and lead the way for the Bears this season. The Bears finished (8-15) a season ago. </p>

<p><strong>Crescent HS (Iva)</strong> - The Tigers finished just (3-20) a season ago. The bright side is that things can only go up this season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2208292' first='Elijah' last='Walton'], [player_tooltip player_id='2208293' first='Josh' last='Airline'] </strong>and <strong>Jasyiah Davis </strong>all return this season. Walton averaged 12.3 ppg last season while Airline chipped in at 12 ppg and 8.3 rebounds. Davis rounded it out at 11.5 ppg. </p>

<p><strong>Palmetto HS</strong> <strong>(Williamston)</strong> - Senior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2208235' first='Christian' last='Beitel']</strong> is the go-to guy for the Mustangs. The Mustangs finished (7-19) a season ago. Beitel is a long and rangy forward who can knockdown some shots from time to time. </p>

<p><strong>Pendleton HS</strong> - The Bulldogs finished (12-15) a season ago. <strong>Luke Gray</strong> averaged 11.4 ppg and <strong>Abijah Webb</strong> contributed 8.1 ppg a night are both back this season. </p>

<p><strong>Powdersville HS</strong> - Can the Patriots make a deep run this season? Junior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1149799' first='Hayden' last='Assemian'] </strong>has already received offers from the University of South Carolina, Wake Forest, Appalachian State and others. Assemian played last season at nearby Legacy Early College. Hayden is very versatile around the cup and seems to finish everything in sight. Assemian will look to help turn things around this season after the Patriots finished (10-15) a season ago. </p>

Sweet and Kreger both can stretch the defense with their shot making. Sweet averaged 19.2 ppg and 4.9 rebounds last season for the Patriots. Brothers <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2299729' first='Von' last='Burton']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2305858' first='Quan' last='Burton']</strong> will add plenty of experience to the backcourt with <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1766181' first='Jaleel' last='McGee']</strong></p>

Hanna has plenty of seniors on the roster this season for Head Coach Keith Arrington. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1109483' first='Jaquarious' last='Patterson']</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1578622' first='Javeyn' last='Martin']</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1892446' first='Tanner' last='Epps']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1202769' first='Cooper' last='Cameron'] </strong>will all provide leadership. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1578642' first='Lucas' last='Wiersma']</strong> had a good summer on the Grassroots Circuit with [program_tooltip program_id='2078752' first='Upward' last='Stars'] 3SSB 2026. </p>

<p>Patterson a long and wiry wing player while Martin controls the tempo up the floor. Epps had a good summer on the Grassroots Circuit with [program_tooltip program_id='2076394' first='Team' last='South Carolina']. Cameron looks to be back to healthy after being out with an injury. </p>

<p><strong>Westside HS (Anderson)</strong> - <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1258300' first='Josh' last='Williams']</strong> (Chattanooga) and<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='1160757' first='Jimmar' last='Boston']</strong> (North Carolina State) are both football commits from the Rams program. Junior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1423863' first='Zeke' last='Marshall']</strong> is back from the wing position. Marshall plays aggressive on both ends of the court and really looks to attack when given the opportunity. </p>

<p>Zeke averaged 17 ppg and 6.2 rebounds last season for the Rams (24-3). The Rams lost to Wade Hampton HS in the 2nd Round of the SCHSL Playoffs 69-56 last season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2314644' first='K'majay' last='Jenkins']</strong> is a freshman here for the Rams that will bring plenty of excitement in the years to come with his play. </p>

The defending champs (24-7) a year ago added Junior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1341455' first='Abijah' last='Franklin']</strong> this off season from nearby Legacy Early College. Franklin can really score the ball in hurry and has the ability to create his own shot.</p>

<p>Campbell averaged 10.1 ppg a season ago brings the ability to make shots on the perimeter. Cherry a nice sized guard plays the game with good court vision and always plays aggressive on both ends of the floor. Brock averaged 6.5 ppg last season for the Hurricanes. </p>

<p>Warga does a bit of everything to help your team win games. Rhett averaged 5.7 ppg and 3.5 rebounds a season ago. </p>
