Braketa brings the whole package as a lead guard and consistent scoring threat. THe guard has proven himself as a primary creator with winning programs, both club and high school. He is a deadeye from anywhere on the floor, seemingly never missing mid-range shot attempts. He does a great job of using his gravity to control the defense, before getting to his spots for shot attempts. His movement without the ball cannot be overlooked either, proving equally dangerous getting to his jumpers from weak side actions. Not just a shooter, Braketa has used his shotmaking to make the right reads for teammates while off the bounce. Hitting shooters on kickouts or threading the needle to baseline cutters.
Josiah Sanders Josiah Sanders 6'4" | PG Colorado Prep | 2025 State #310 Nation CO – Colorado Prep
The lefty is a strong guard with tangible assets to utilize at the collegiate level. Proving capable of finishing through contact at the rim with either hand, Sanders is a tough cover. He often gets to his between the leg dribble moves and crosses, seeking an off-balance defender to attack downhill. Should the defense wall off the lane, Sanders is capable of pivoting into the fadeaway jumper or utilizing the drop step to score by the contest. His growth as a shotmaker along the perimeter has been encouraging, although there is plenty of potential to develop his off the dribble shooting.
Garrett Barger Garrett Barger 6'9" | PF Eaglecrest | 2025 State #364 Nation CO – Eaglecrest
Barger is one of the most consistent prospects in this class, proving dependable in the paint. His patented right hand hook shot is notably effective versus frontcourt opponents. Although his bread and butter is on the glass, proving effective at securing near double digit numbers or above every match. There are very few bigs in this 2025 class who possess his motor, which deserves about as much attention as the more popular traits. Rim protection has been another area of value for Barger, where he is ready to help, getting both arms up to deflect or instigate opposing drivers. His possible growth as a ball handler will be worth monitoring, given his soft touch around the basket, leaving room for growth with self-created scoring opportunities.
Cole Scherer Cole Scherer 6'2" | PG Valor Christian | 2025 State CO – Valor Christian
Scherer is a dynamic shotmaker while showing notable growth as a pick and roll playmaker. Already a sturdy guard, the incoming junior is learning to slow down the pace in the halfcourt, allowing him and teammates a wide variety of opportunities. As the guard’s halfcourt pace improves, his shooting efficiency will follow and the number of turnovers will decrease. There is no doubt that Scherer has risen to the challenge, featured on a versatile Colorado Collective program.
Ladavian King – Eaglecrest
King has shown immense value as both a shotmaker and shifty facilitator in the backcourt. The incoming junior is a potent scoring threat off of the catch or dribble. There are few prospects in the state with his blend of ball skills and burst, coupled with the shotmaking upside. During his spring with Mountain Stars, the guard has shown progression as a facilitator in the halfcourt. Doing well to slow down, survey the floor, and explode downhill before help knows what hit them.
