Vialva is a guard who can really go. He’s got the quickness to shoot gaps and maintains a good base to stay on balance and change direction to navigate high-traffic areas. That balance showed up in some good work utilizing ball screens to get free for shots. Has good elevation on the jumper, mixes his pickups when working downhill, and just plays a composed game with the ball.

As proven in last year’s 6A title game, there may be no bigger gamer than Vialva Jr and the rising senior did just that at WIBCA, helping lead Tualatin to a 4-0 record – which finished off an undefeated summer. The rising senior was in full control of the basketball whenever it was in his hands, hitting his patented pull-up mid-range jumper left and right, while also completing tough drives to the lane through contact and also hitting the open three. The fierce competitor got down on defense as always – and did all this while battling through a sprained ankle suffered during the event. A team-high 22 points in their final win on Sunday over Kuna (ID).

Playing with a team called HC Elite 17U – a squad put together by the event organizers to fill out the pools – Vialva simply got it done in their one game on Sunday. The Tualatin junior guard was strong with the ball, especially with his patented mid-ranger J, hitting the game winning bucket on a putback in OT but prior to that he was simply dominating in all phases of the game, posting 26 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 6 steals.

Vialva split guard duties with 2026 state player of the year Josiah Lake, both of them equally capable of scoring & running a team. We expect the ball to find his hands the majority of next season as the Timberwolves look to repeat. A talented shot maker, Vialva’s ability to create shots for his teammates will be key in determining how high a level of college basketball he will play at.

The junior teamed with senior Jemai Lake Jemai Lake 6'2" | CG Tualatin | 2026 State OR to form one of the best backcourts in recent Oregon history. Vialva etched his name in the record books with his play in the last 20 seconds of the state title game, where he hit two ridiculous three pointers to shock Central Catholic & bring the blue trophy back to Tualatin. Vialva’s ability to score from anywhere on the court are sure to make him a prized recruit at a variety of college programs.

A reliable free-throw shooter and hard worker, Vialva brings consistency every time out. What truly separates him is his mentality—he’s a fierce competitor, vocal leader, and thrives in big moments. With ice in his veins, he delivered the ultimate clutch play, knocking down the game-winning three-pointer with one second left to secure a state championship for Tualatin.

Vialva’s last 15 seconds of the state title game will go down as the stuff of legends, two made 3’s, including one at the buzzer to help Tualatin snag the state title away from Central Catholic. Even without those late game heroics, Vialva impressed throughout the week with his all around play. He regularly knocked down tough shots, got his teammates involved on the offensive end, guarded the ball, & rebounded at a high level for his position & height.
