Price started his season on the JV, ended the season as a Starter on the Varsity. He’ll be an impact player as he continues to grow and strengthen his body, while sharpening his overall skill set. He’s versatile, can play the inside out game. He has the toughness and improving footwork to get paint points, and rebounds, while operating like a forward along the perimeter. Improving handles to attack from different areas, he’ll drop a 3 in rhythm. He defends his position.

Brought up early to the Varsity, was a instant contributor to a quality program, he’ll be a key piece moving forward. He’s got a versatile skill set, and a body at 6’5 that will grow and get stronger. We saw productivity while going through the post, turning, making contact finishing around the rim, or hitting paint jumpers. He showed he can handle and pass out on the perimeter, will take and make 3’s when the opportunity presents itself, hit the free throw jumper. He’ll mix it up inside for rebounds, can defend in the post.

Jordan Price Jordan Price 6'6" | SG Oakland Tech | 2029 State CA-N looks like he can be the next big name to emerge out of Oakland. At 6’5, the long, athletic guard is at his best when attacking downhill, using his size and quickness to get by defenders and finish through contact with either hand. In transition, he’s nearly unstoppable—his momentum often results in dunks or easy buckets at the rim.

While his jump-shot shows solid mechanics, Price is so effective attacking off the dribble that he doesn’t always need to lean on his outside shot. On the defensive end, his speed and anticipation allow him to jump passing lanes like a safety, creating turnovers and converting them into instant offense.

Not sure how fast he makes an impact on Oakland Tech’s deep roster but Price is poised to be one of the most dynamic guards in Northern California’s 2029 class.

A good size prospect with some tools to work with. He has speed racing up court to fill lane’s for transition buckets, including dunks. At 6’5 he has size, and toughness to help rebound. He has handles to push, and pass after rebounding. He put up 3’s in the corner, had strong drives along the baseline.
