2029 Rankings Update: Top 50

PH NorCal Class of 2029 Rankings were updated a few days ago. In this group we have prospects who made the biggest jump +10 in their ranked position because of their play on the court while we were in attendance. They're starters, key contributors, and find ways to impact the game with their performance. Here a PH NorCal we're always looking to shine the light on prospects that play good basketball.    Price started his season on the JV, ended the season as a Starter on the Varsity. He'll be an impact player as he continues to grow and strengthen his body, while sharpening his overall skill set. He's versatile, can play the inside out game. He has the toughness and improving footwork to get paint points, and rebounds, while operating like a forward along the perimeter. Improving handles to attack from different areas, he'll drop a 3 in rhythm. He defends his position.     He's a transfer, steps right into a starting role for one of Sac's better teams. He has an improving overall skill set, plays with confidence. He has the strength and moves to get points in the paint, finish around the rim in traffic, he might go get a lob with his hops. He can operate along the perimeter, solid handles and body for strong drives into the paint, he gets good lift on the mid-range, can hit the 3ptr. He'll help rebound, defend different positions.     He's a growing body with the skill set to get things done from both guard positions. A decent ball handler, excellent passer/ball mover, handles ball pressure passes up early. He can run and settle the offense up top, find his shooters, feed the post. He moves around the perimeter looking to make a play or pass, he can take and make 3's spotting up. He has the size to defend bigger players at times.     Positions himself well on the defensive side of the ball. He's alertness, active feet, moves to gets through screens, switches off to defend bigger players in the post, he boxesout. He gets wide in transition uses a crossover dribble to attack the paint, pass or shoot. A reliable perimeter ball handler, will attack off the dribble, takes care of the ball, has vision, and passing, plays at a steady pace, doesn't make a lot of mistakes.     He's adding pieces to his overall game. He's grown in size, bulked up a bit. He's picked up the intensity on the defensive side of the ball, active feet, fighting through screens, often tasked with defending taller players, he's dealing with contact. He's a wing, moves and cuts without the ball. He can use his dribble drive pull up jumpers, he has a good set shot 3.     He's a thick guard, quality handles, hard dribble drives to the basket on the hand off turning the corner finishing strong around the rim. He can from different angles, plant off two feet, use a pump fake taking the hit scoring in traffic. He stands shot ready for a catch corner 3-pointer. He can run the point, hit the 3 off the dribble.     He's been a reliable player off the bench for one of our top teams in NorCal. A good ball handler, runs the point. He's a ball mover keeps the offense flowing, gets the ball to the right guys, feeds the post, finds the shooters, and cutters. He's a good on ball defender, can pressure the ball full court.     He's an athletic 2 sport athlete (Football) is his main sport. He's a solid body, strong moves well on the court. He's not scoring a lot right now, he'll get putback points. He's a good post defender at the 15U level, an active rebounder on both ends of the court. Right now he's a screener, and a post passer.
