2029 Rankings Update: Stock Risers

PH NorCal has updated our class of 2029 rankings. Prospects in the top 50    A long wing/forward, seems most effective in a fast pace game getting out in transition using his speed, and length for dunks, layups, and tap ins. He's a capable of getting things done around the basket using his length and quick jumps for points, and rebounds. He averaged 19.4ppg, 8.6rpg, 3stls. He's had success on the dribble drive getting into the paint for short jumpers, and finishes around the rim. He has the length and movement to defend on the perimeter, size to block and defend in the post.     A Varsity level prospect, logged decent playing time. He has the size to get a bucket inside crossing through the paint, maybe a jump hook or paint jumper. He'll start low moving across the lane, screening before making his way out for a short jumper, or setting up on the perimeter for squared up 3-pointers. He'll continue to get stronger, develop his inside game over time. He's a court runner fill lanes, transition dunks, might trail to drop a transition 3ptr. Playing with Lillard 15's, he'll get the opportunity to expand his game against quality competition.     He's a rising center, a college prospect moving in the right direction with continued development. He'll get stronger, fill his frame, might grow another inch or two. He's demonstrating post footwork, patience to get his shot off. His movements are deliberate, he'll finish. He sets screens, will roll, makes good passes from the high and low post. He hits the elbow jumper. He's got paint presence, continues to improve as a post defender, and rebounder. We'll see more.     Brought up early to the Varsity, was a instant contributor to a quality program, he'll be a key piece moving forward. He's got a versatile skill set, and a body at 6'5 that will grow and get stronger. We saw productivity while going through the post, turning, making contact finishing around the rim, or hitting paint jumpers. He showed he can handle and pass out on the perimeter, will take and make 3's when the opportunity presents itself, hit the free throw jumper. He'll mix it up inside for rebounds, can defend in the post.     He started the season on the JV, after 8 games moved to the Varsity where he showed potential as a rising prospect, a versatile style of play, with continued skill development, he'll attract attention. He's a bit raw, but he has the size, and strength to score around the rim. He moves okay, runs the court for transition layups or dunks. He defends multiple positions. In 16 games on the Varsity 8.1ppg, 5.8rpg. He's a double, double, guy moving forward with extra effort. He has plenty of room to expand his game.     A quick twitch guard, always on the move, fast going up court, both ways. He can settle, and run the offense up top. He has speed, and quickness to cause problems on both ends. He's a quality ball handler, has vision, moves the ball, can create off the dribble, blow by defenders to get into the paint, pass or score. He's got quick hands, and feet to disrupt as a on ball defender, can stick to shooters. We'll see more.     He was a JV prospect on one of NorCal's top programs. It gave the 6'7, and growing forward an opportunity to sharpen his overall skill set. He plays with Lakeshow 15 on the 3SSB Circuit where he'll plays against quality competition. He has size, lengthy arms shows he can defend on the perimeter, and in the post. He'll run the court looking for follow up points, taps ins. He's sharpening his post moves from the high, one or two dribbles, might spin, balance himself and finish around the rim We'll see more.     Quality ball handler, pass first point guard, has court vision. He was on the Varsity saw limited action. He'll get minutes playing with NBBA 15u on the UA Rise Circuit. He's patient up top, settles the offense, keeps his dribble live, moves the ball around the perimeter, and into the post. He's fast dribbling up court, or makes the long strong pass up. He can keep other handlers in front of him.
