One of the most high upside prospects in this class, Queen is a talented downhill driver who is a creative finisher at the rim. Jeremiah is a quick twitch athlete with a ton of upside and the transfer from Seneca to Trinity should be interesting. His development on the defensive side of the ball should go up a notch at Trinity but his individual offensive numbers make take a hit with a squad that plays less in transition and more in the half court than what “Butta” is used to.

One of the top ranked guards in Louisville, “Butta” headed from Seneca to Trinity. He should make a big addition to the Rocks’ roster and gives them some star power in the always loaded 7th region.

After recently being named the MVP of Seneca’s Summer Shootout, an event that featured several D1 prospects, it’s safe to say that Butta is having a great offseason. He’ll likely be tasked with steering the ship for the RedHawks next season as his did during his freshman campaign. He’s having a solid all-around 3SSB campaign thus far with his undefeated Wildcat Select squad and could attract more college attention before his sophomore year begins. For now, Cal State Northridge and Eastern Kentucky have extended offers.

Also running with the GP Thunder, “Butta” headlines as the highest ranked recruit on the team. Although only a rising sophomore, his size and IQ have matched up well against the Dirt Bowl’s seasoned competitor pool. He’s finished well through contact that’s much stronger than any he’ll find in a high school game. Outside of the Dirt Bowl, Butta has had a stock boosting offseason with Wildcat Select 3SSB and Seneca. His recruitment has kicked off early with recent offers from CSUN and EKU and should continue to flourish alongside his game.

Queen is a shifty athlete who excels at getting down hill and getting into the paint. Nicknamed “Butta”, Jeremiah is one of the most explosive young athletes in the 502. If he can become a consistent jump shooter, Queen could be one of the toughest players to guard in Louisville, regardless of age.

Queen is a smooth scorer who can play as a primary attacker or a secondary driver on the offensive end. Athletic enough to guard multiple positions, Jeremiah has good instincts on both ends of the court and shows a high basketball IQ when he does operate on offense. Seneca is a young but very talented team and Queen may be the best of the bunch.

One of the more talented 2029 prospects in the state, Queen has a quick first step and has the dribbling ability to create space off the bounce. His most impressive offensive play was a reverse pivot that he used to get a jumper in the mid-range area. Athletically Queen has the frame you’d want for a young prospect, and he’ll need to add strength over the next few years but should continue to mature. Queen finished well at the rim with an and-1 early and a euro-step finish in the second half. Expect to hear a lot more about Queen over the next few years.

Queen is the player who I have seen the least of in this top tier of prospects but when you ask around about top players in this freshman class, Jeremiah’s name comes up frequently. An explosive guard with good size already, Queen has a chance to be a really impressive freshman in the 502 this season for a Seneca team that is very young but supremely talented.

Queen looks the part of a major talent, moving forward. He’s got a good basketball IQ and appears to have grown every time I see him.
