Phillips impressed with Team Takeover during the offseason and has a chance to develop into a future standout at PVI. The freshman has high level size and length on the wing and is at his best attacking the rim in the half court or finishing in transition. His perimeter skill set continues to develop, giving him plenty of long term upside at the offensive end. Phillips also plays with a good motor and has the physical tools and versatility to develop into a high level defender.
