Expert Analysis

Eric Wallace

Prep Hoops Scout

The freshman impressed with Team Takeover last spring on the Jr. EYBL circuit. He has an impressive command of the basketball and can create his own offense off the dribble. A guard with high level quickness, he also changes speeds well to keep defenders off balance and consistently finds ways to get into the paint. He has a good feel for the game and plays with confidence. Reason Jr. looks like one of the region’s top point guard prospects in the 2030 class.

Reason Jr. gave us a strong defensive look, showing good trap instincts and help-side awareness throughout the weekend. He plays with a good understanding of where the next defensive rotation needs to come from, giving him a chance to impact possessions beyond the box score.
