How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I'm smooth yet scrappy player. A CG who can break down his defender for a bucket or a pass and yet I can still be that SG who stretches out the floor. I'm a passionate defender willing to guard anybody big or small. offensively even tho I'm not that tall I'm still a 3 level scorer with a easy and smooth play especially in the midrange.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I want to win. I'm a passionate player who understands sometimes you have to play a role to win as a player and as a team. I'm self motivated and dedicated player. A true student of the game. I pay attention to the little details to either learn from my mistakes or to gain good habits.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I'm involved in NHS and BSU. I participate in the organization JK4K. I also have had a good collection academic awards.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I feel I'm very well rounded as a person and basketball. I've gained a lot of skills from basketball and other parts of my life. I'm told i'm a natural leader even when I don't want to be. I would say I have a lot of skills but I say the best skill I have anyone can have is to will power. The will to be consistent, the will to push pass your limits, the will to be success full.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I've faced death, adversity, every no you can think i've had it no matter how hard I've work. Altogether it tears you down so you can make the decisions to rebuild and be stronger than before.
What type of college are you looking for?
I'm looking for a college where I can still get the education I need and the chance to play basketball. I want to major in architecture or civil engineering.

Vinson looks to emerge as a senior leader for a Pius XI Catholic program looking to make some noise this winter in the ultra-tough Western Division of the Woodland Conference. A quick combination guard with the ability to get to the basket, Vinson’s first inclination is to attack the basket. And he does that well as he gets to the rim often and can finish over taller defenders. Vinson also can use his ball-handling and passing skills to get his teammates the ball in scoring situations. He averaged 7.6 points and 3.2 rebounds as a junior and is one of five returning regulars for Pius XI Catholic.
