One of the top performers of the entire event this weekend was King. The 6’2″ super physical guard for DI Indiana P32 17u was turning heads from start to finish. He has the ability to punish defenders off of the dribble, is really quick in the open floor, and has a high-ceiling as an on-ball defenders. He is a guy that should get more Division I offers coming out of the first live period in May.

. As they have started their transition into Class 4A, King has been spectacular averaging over 22.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game in the early part of the season. A player that is without question D1 caliber, King is a very athletic guard that is an elite playmaker both on and off the ball. Him going up against the Silver Creek backcourts will be fun to watch.

Despite coming up short on the scoreboard, King was one of the most impressive players on the floor in a star-studded game. The 6’2″ athletic, physical guard poured in 26 points, but South Bend St. Joseph fell to Cathedral 78-71. His recruitment should take off this season. The offers need to start coming for him.
