One of the most dynamic playmakers in Indiana’s Class of 2027, Dixon was very impressive once again on Sunday at the Ben Howlett Elite Camp. He handles the ball so well, changes speed fluidly, and is a capable scorer from the perimeter. Dixon does a great job of creating separation off of the bounce which he uses to either shoot it in from deep or explode downhill where he is effective as both a finisher and facilitator. The 6’1″ point guard was one of the most impressive playmakers at the event.

Dixon has the ball in his hands a lot and that is generally a good thing for whatever team he is playing with. He had a good spring and summer on the EYCL circuit with The Family, has fit in nicely running the show for South Bend St. Joseph High School, and starred this weekend for Indiana Stack 17u at the GRBA Nationals. Davis poured in 27 points in a win on Sunday and had a few other big playmaking performances throughout the weekend. He is one of the top point guards in Indiana’s Class of 2027.

Indiana Stack 17u put together an excellent roster for this weekend’s GRBA Nationals and Dixon was the catalyst leading them to a convincing victory on Friday night in Fort Wayne. His high-level passing ability was on full display whipping it all over the court to his variety of talented teammates. We look forward to getting to watch more of Dixon and his team throughout the weekend at the GRBA Nationals.

Starting off part 2 of this weekend’s watch list is one of the more dynamic guards in the Indiana class of 2027 in Drew Dixon Drew Dixon 6'1" | PG South Bend St. Joseph | 2027 State IN . Dixon has been running with The Family this spring and has been one of the bright spots for them in the backcourt. He is a great playmaker that plays really well on the ball. Holds offers from schools such as Saint Francis and Olivet.

This South Bend St. Joseph guard is suiting up for The Family this spring and summer. Dixon has proved himself as one of the more dynamic creators in Indiana’s Class of 2027. Those skills led him to 10 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists in The Family’s blowout victory on Friday night. We did not get to see Dixon play live, but the numbers deserved sharing among the evening’s top performers.

Dixon displayed his dynamic playmaking ability for Team Soil 17u this weekend at The Stage and quickly played his way into an offer from Saint Francis. The 6’1″ point guard had an excellent season at South Bend Adams and is set to transfer to South Bend St. Joseph for his senior season. He will be a playmaker that college coaches will be watching closely this spring and summer.

Dixon was the star of the show throughout the first game at Huntington North on Monday. Then, the dynamic junior guard buried the game-winning shot as time expired to put a bow on a spectacular game. He finished with 30 points to lead all scorers as South Bend Adams moved to 6-0 on the season defeating previous unbeaten Columbia City 60-57.

One of the most explosive backcourt scorers and all-around playmakers in the South Bend area, Dixon jumped all of the way up to #68 in our prospect rankings from his previous spot on the watch list. We’ve followed his progression for some time now and were really impressed this summer and fall with the expansion of his game. Dixon has grown, gotten stronger, and is a true playmaker entering his junior season. He will be part of what should be a high-scoring South Bend Adams backcourt this season.

Dixon is a dynamic guard that has grown a bit since we last saw him and definitely added some physical strength. He shot the ball very well from beyond the arc at the Metro Indy Fall League making a couple of tough ones off of the dribble and from the catch. The 6’1″ guard from South Bend Adams High School is shifty enough with the ball in his hands to create separation on the perimeter and get by his man when attacking downhill. Between Adams and Tolbert Jr., who was also a standout on Sunday, South Bend Adams should have a lot of firepower in the backcourt.

Shifty point guard out of South Bend was as good as advertised in the preview. Confident lead guard with quick first step and blow by speed to get in the lane where he made really nice decisions. Streaky outside shooter, but the stroke isn’t broken by any means. Hard nosed defender that pressures the ball relentlessly. Has active hands and quick feet with the ability to turn defense into offense in a hurry.
