Lynch turned plenty of heads with HoopTherapy this summer and consistently earned praise for the way he controlled games. A true floor general, he ran the offense with poise, made smart decisions and kept his teammates involved. His quick first step gave defenders problems, creating just enough separation to get to his spots and knock down shots. With his playmaking ability, confidence and command of the point guard position, we’re excited to see how he performs against another talented group of guards at the showcase

Lynch carried a heavy load offensively for Hoop Therapy, but he never looked overwhelmed by it. He’s an undersized guard who plays much bigger because of how competitive he is with the ball in his hands. He commanded the offense, got teammates involved, and when his coach screamed for him to go make a play, he went and made a play. I liked his change of direction; he created separation and handled pressure with defenses throwing different looks at him. His toughness jumped off the page as he kept HoopTherapy in games, and he’s proving he can run a team and be a scoring threat. Solid event for him, and this was another time where he proved that he belongs. 

Dimari Lynch Dimari Lynch 5'6" | PG/SG Fountain-Fort Carson | 2029 State CO is a lightning-quick guard who was able to get downhill and convert with ease around the rim. On defense, Lynch doesn’t give his assignment an inch of space to operate, acquiring many steals in the process. The moment is never too bright for Lynch, who’s able to clutch up whenever his team needs him. Expect Dimari to take his game to a new level this summer.

Lynch plays at full speed but stays completely under control, which made him tough to contain. He did a great job creating separation with his quickness and ability to shift gears, consistently putting defenders in tough positions. Once he got into the lane he showed touch and creativity as a finisher, converting difficult looks around the rim. His pace and balance allowed him to be aggressive without being reckless, and he’s able to generate quality offense for himself. Lynch’s ability to play fast while staying composed really stood out throughout his performance

Lynch stood out as a dynamic offensive player capable of scoring in multiple ways. He consistently made smart cuts to the rim, finishing efficiently in traffic and demonstrated the ability to pass out of trouble when defenses collapsed. His combination of scoring instincts, court awareness with the decision making under pressure made him a versatile threat and a player who can impact the game both as a finisher and a facilitator
