Williams averaged 8.5 PPG and 3.5 RPG, showcasing his 2-way shiftiness on both ends of the ball. Williams’ ability to draw contact was a major asset for the Trojans’ offense, as he led the team in free-throw percentage, sitting at an efficient 73% from the charity stripe. Beyond his scoring, Williams provided versatile support on the glass and the perimeter, contributing 2.1 APG and over a steal per contest.

Williams looks like a different player every time out, and Day 1 was another step forward. He played with bounce as he got out in transition for a couple of fast break finishes, showing off his athletic pop. He had a few dunks that stood out. Against zone, he flashed IQ working the high post, knocking down mid-range shots, and making reads. He’s trending up and looks ready for a bigger role this summer, and that was on display on Day 1. Can’t wait to see how that looks on Day 2.

He ranked third on the team in scoring this regular season, averaging 8.6 PPG alongside 3.3 RPG, 2 APG, and 1.2 SPG, demonstrating his all-around playmaking abilities. Williams has been a significant offensive option in previous seasons as well, having led the team in scoring in individual games, scoring 20 points in a competitive matchup against Rampart, Williams is constantly prepared for the big moments. Over his career with Fountain-Fort Carson, he has grown into a reliable scorer and versatile presence for the Trojans. 

Williams is a matchup problem for Fountain Fort Carson and a key piece of what they want to do. His length and activity on the glass allow him to control the paint and create extra possessions, while his strength inside makes him a dominant presence around the rim. What separates him from typical interior players is his ability to step out and score, especially when coming off screens. He forces defenses to make tough decisions, whether to protect the paint or chase him on the perimeter. With his blend of size, rebounding and shooting touch, Williams is a versatile weapon who impacts the game on both ends of the floor

Standing at 6’1, Bryson Williams Bryson Williams 6'1" | SF/SG Fountain-Fort Carson | 2028 State CO quietly put together a solid season while expanding his game on a team that faced its share of struggles. With more freedom to explore, he took advantage of the opportunity, gaining valuable reps and growing his confidence. He averaged 6.5 points per game, shot an impressive 36% from three, and chipped in on the glass with a few boards each night. Whether spacing the floor, making the right read, or competing on defense, he does a little bit of everything. With a year of experience now under his belt, expect a big jump this season.

Williams was an absolute problem on defense Sunday locking everything up. He was one of the biggest reasons his team cruised to the win. From the jump, he brought intensity and focus on the defensive end, and it set the tone for the whole squad. He racked up a bunch of deflections and had at least 3 steals. Every steal led to a fast break and an easy scoring opportunity on the other end. Williams also was shutting down the lane and cutting off drives, forcing guys to either throw up awkward shots or kick it back out. It was relentless and he made it uncomfortable for anyone who tried to test him

A lethal scorer, Williams gets crafty with the ball in his hands and knows how to make the right plays. Williams has proven to be a consistent sharpshooter from a distance, as well as earn trips to the free throw line when attacking the lane. Watch out for Williams come his sophomore campaign.

Williams has displayed dependable perimeter shooting with Fountain-Fort Carson, capable of knocking down attempts off the catch at a high rate. Comfortable as a secondary shotmaker, he has found repeated success leveraging his shooting gravity to attack closeouts for great looks around the basket. Within this region, Williams has continued to provide serviceable defense against bigger guards and wings, bringing the wiry frame to compete at the point of attack. 

Williams has been particularly efficeint to start the sesaon, putting up 10.3 points on 39% from distance, setting the tone for a high upside backcourt duo at Fountain-Fort Carson in the coming years.
