WOTN Mitchell were so close to coming away with a huge upset over MN Fury Zurn, but just fell short in the final minutes. Carter was a huge reason they were in that position and impressed me offensively and defensively. He handled the majority of the ball handling duties for his team, being able to create looks for himself and for his teammates. He also brought the energy on defense, forcing some turnovers with his constant ball pressure.

. He’s a big and physical guard who excels in the paint. He rebounds very well as a guard as he always finds a body to box out and is aggressive attacking the ball off the rim. Not afraid to battle for space on the block when matched up with bigger players, and is able to fight over screens on the perimeter. Offensively he has the handle to beat his man off the dribble, and the strength to keep him pinned on his shoulder as he gets to the basket. When going up to finish he displayed some impressive body control to maintain his balance and finish even when taking some bumps in the air. Will be a part of a talented team at Lakeville South this winter.
