Jordan took over in Saturday morning’s game, dropping 19 points in the tight victory. In the first half, Jordan found most of his success around the basket, blowing by defenders to then make an acrobatic finish at the basket. He started to get hot from the perimeter later in the game, going on a run where he knocked down three tough looks off the dribble in a row. Cain is running with the Minnesota Falcons this weekend.
JT has been dominant in the games I have seen this weekend and he has led Sanford Sports to the semifinals on Sunday. The 7’1” center is a force inside, controlling the boards, finishing right through defenders, and constantly altering opponent’s shots on defense. He also really impressed me with his ability to create looks for himself using the dribble as well.
Charlie came in clutch in a comeback victory over WOTN. He always provides value when he is on the floor with his ability to do a little bit of everything. He is a high effort player who gives it his all on both sides of the ball. He is a threat to score from inside or outside and impressed me with how he can run in transition for finishes. Theis and Fury will look to carry this momentum into their final four matchup.
Austin Hohn

Austin shot lights out on Saturday, making the defense pay for giving any kind of room whatsoever. He has a silky smooth shot and was letting it fly from deep all game. He was finding success connecting with both looks off the catch and off the dribble. The 2024 guard can get shots off in a hurry, making it extremely difficult for opponents to get a solid contest.
I loved the intensity Molley was bringing on Saturday. He is such a versatile player defensively, being able to pick up ball handlers at half court in their press or protect the paint inside. He was also a difference maker on the boards, coming away with contested rebounds on both sides of the ball. Offensively, he is super hard to stop when he gets to his left hand and was capping off some full speed finishes in transition.
WOTN Mitchell were so close to coming away with a huge upset over MN Fury Zurn, but just fell short in the final minutes. Carter was a huge reason they were in that position and impressed me offensively and defensively. He handled the majority of the ball handling duties for his team, being able to create looks for himself and for his teammates. He also brought the energy on defense, forcing some turnovers with his constant ball pressure.
Elijah was a beast inside on Saturday for Minnesota Chill, being a difference maker inside all game. He was fun to watch crash the glass, coming away with a handful of rebounds on both sides of the ball. He had several finishes inside where he would catch a pass from a teammate, then quickly get a shot off the glass for an easy two points. Barrett continues to improve and it has been evident in his recent performances.
Highlights
Johnathan Stout
Johnathan Stout
Despite a tight loss, Johnathan turned in an excellent performance on Saturday. He is a confident scorer who looked good getting to his spots using the dribble. He was also taking advantage of the defense not having a hand in his face at all times, drilling multiple threes off the catch. The 2024 guard scored 22 points, including five triples, some coming off the dribble as well.
