is for Pike. Got a chance to watch him with Red Devils on Tuesday night and was once again so impressed with his play around the basketball. Not only does he show a real soft touch and excellent footwork in post-up actions, he was really strong on the glass being Pike’s most willing rebounder. He is going to be really good at Bethel.

You won’t find a more physical interior presence than Dokes. Pike High School is loaded with Division I talent and some nationally ranked prospects, but it is guys like Dokes who could really push them over the hump this year. The 6’6″ forward/center is a load inside. He scores it well with his back to the basket and is an excellent area rebounder. Dokes has committed to NAIA powerhouse Bethel University. He improved ten spots in our rankings from #64 to #64.

Physical senior forward that does that does all the dirty work for this team. High level rebounder on both ends of the floor. Has the ability to play inside-out. Really good screen setter that rolls hard and catches everything. Plays under control and is able to play through contact and finish around the rim. Vocal leader for this team that holds everyone accountable. Extremely important piece for this Pike team to achieve their goals.

D1 Indiana came to the Adidas Gold East Championship with a loaded front court. Dokes, one of the most physical interior presences in the rising senior class, was among the standouts for his team averaging 11.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. The 6’5″-6’6″ big man does such a good job of carving out space around the basket and effortlessly plays through contact with his strength. He has had a very productive spring and summer.

If you want a physical low post presence look no further than this 6’6″ beast from Pike High School. Dokes will play right through your chest inside and is no afraid at all of contact. He is a skilled back to the basket scorer, excellent on the glass, and holds his own on the block defensively. Dokes has shown the ability to face-up from the elbows and mid-post as well where he is tough to stop in isolation situations. The rising senior big man jumped significantly from #110 to #67 in the Class of 2026.

There aren’t many, if any, big men in Indiana’s Class of 2026 with more pure physicality than Dokes. He truly carves out space around the basket whether that be as a scorer on the block or as a rebounder on either end. Dokes, a Pike High School prospect, has been consistently impressive this spring for D1 Indiana and that strong play continued over the weekend at the Bill Hensley Memorial Run N Slam.
