is another stock riser who has moved all the way up to #14. He impressed me a lot throughout the fall, showcasing his shooting, instincts, and competitiveness. He can knock down both jumpers and triples, and I also like how much effort he gives when it’s time to D up or rebound. If he can both lead and produce for the Mustangs, they may find themselves making a deep playoff run.

was playing incredibly well last week against LV Orange. And he was making some very tough shots over taller defenders. He seemed to be in the zone and I was a fan of the effort that had on both offense and defense. Although his team didn’t get the win, he had a lot to do with keeping it close.

goes from being in the 70’s, to 29th. He is a strong player on offense, and has a variety of moves that he can use to slip by his defender. His height also comes to his advantage when it comes to scoring in the paint and grabbing rebounds. Unfortunately he had to miss some time this season due to injury, but he was still able to post some impressive stat lines. Including two 14 points performances at the beginning of the season against Cheyenne and Basic Academy.

makes his way into the 2027 rankings and is in the #73 spot. He makes strong moves on offense and is able to make some difficult finishes. He also does a quality job rebounding and communicating with his teammates. If he can continue to play well, he may be moving up in the rankings next time around.

was clever with some of his takes to the basket on Monday. His teammates also found him a couple of times underneath the rim for some easy buckets. Overall, it was a good showing from the sophomore.

The first thing you notice about Hutchison is his skill. He’s a big body, with terrific feet and amazing offensive instincts. He’s effective with his back to the basket, but the fresh face low post assassin has the ability to locate and hit teammates with dimes from the post.

Low post play has gone the way of the dinosaur, however look for a player like Hutchison to show the potential to bring it back. The incoming sophomore has terrific size, and he combines it with some skill and savviness around the rim. He’s one of the top fresh faces we’ve had a chance to catch this summer.

The 2027 had an impressive week as he was featured as both a Friday Night Standout and Fresh Face. He brings an instant skill, with his ability to play with his back to the basket. The 6’4 forward has strong hands, runs fluidly and finishes around the rim.
