About Abbas

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m mostly a combo guard but can play multiple positions. I can shoot, have good finishing around the rim, good handle, and can see the floor and make nice passes.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is to go out there and win. I’m a bit of a quiet player on the court. Not showing too much emotion. I haven’t really played against high level competition that much, but I seek to play against great competition to improve my game and to see where I stand.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

No, I am not in any clubs or teams at the moment. But I am looking to join a team very soon. I used to play for IBA(Indiana Basketball Academy) about a year ago.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed good leadership and teamwork playing team basketball. I work hard to try to improve my game everyday and become the best basketball player that I can be.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced some challenges in my basketball career. I have been cut from teams that I have tried out for. I have also been lacking consistency sometimes.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a highly ranked D1 college to go to with great coaching and a great program.
