Krasniqi is a new name in the rankings after showing us a physical style that immediately stood out. We liked his willingness to embrace contact, establish position and make his presence felt on the interior. He has the size and strength to create problems around the basket, particularly when he gets comfortable playing with his back to the hoop. There is still room for his offensive game to grow, but that is part of what makes him intriguing moving forward. We are excited to see how his footwork, touch and ability to expand his scoring package develop, as added skill could make him a tough frontcourt matchup

Krasniqi used his size and strength to make an impact around the basket, showing a willingness to battle inside and establish position. He played with his back to the basket, looking to bang down low and create scoring opportunities through physicality. Krasniqi’s ability to occupy space and play through contact gives him an intriguing foundation as a developing interior prospect. Krasniqi showed his athleticism and scoring ability by consistently attacking the basket and finishing with authority. He displayed the ability to elevate above the rim, making him a difficult player to defend around the paint. Krasniqi also proved dependable in pressure situations by knocking down key free throws late in games. In transition, he ran the floor well, converting easy scoring opportunities with strong finishes at the rim. His combination of athleticism, composure and efficient scoring made him one of the more productive prospects for his team during the tournament.

Dielli is a player who we’ve never written about, so it’s a new name that stood out for us on the weekend. He’s a forward who did the little things that led to wins. He’s a stretch big man who sets screens. He picked and popped, rolled to the basket, and allowed himself to be a scoring option. He put his body on bigger players to create leverage, defending well, and plays the passing lanes. He had plenty of steals that led to transition baskets and made outlet passes off of rebounds. He wants to get the ball down the floor quickly, and the team plays faster when he’s on the floor. He was a spark in games and had some big time finish through contact plays. Liked what I saw from him.
