Carmel @ Brownsburg

Their 11-7 record may not jump off of the page, but Brownsburg has quietly built a pretty impressive resume. Since losing to North Central in overtime to begin the season the Bulldogs haven't lost to a team outside of the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 15. They also are playing their best basketball of the season having rattled off four straight wins. Senior wing [player_tooltip player_id='1962847' first='Chrishon' last='Woodward'] and senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1561114' first='Brandon' last='Addison'] lead a very talented, balanced rotation of intriguing prospects. Carmel comes in with a 12-3 record and is ranked #5 in the Prep Hoops Indiana Class 4A Top 10. Bellarmine signee [player_tooltip player_id='1560952' first='Evan' last='Harrell'] and junior point guard [player_tooltip player_id='2140341' first='Cash' last='Daniels'] are the two primary names to know for the Greyhounds.

Gary 21st Century @ Michigan City

The best game of the night to watch up in northern Indiana. Gary 21st Century made a lot of noise recently by knocking off previously undefeated Crown Point and backing it up with a dominant win over Gary West Side. Missouri State signee [player_tooltip player_id='1561080' first='Terrence' last='Hayes'] Jr. has been excellent for the Cougars averaging 18.4 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 2.9 steals, and 2.7 blocks per game. Ron Mosley, [player_tooltip player_id='1738841' first='Jerry' last='Triplett III'], and [player_tooltip player_id='1561084' first='Jacolby' last='Donaldson'] are all senior guards averaging in double-figures as well. Michigan City is 11-8 on the year but have been very competitive against the best teams in the area. Senior guards [player_tooltip player_id='2812791' first='Brian' last='Jackson'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2446856' first='Isaiah' last='Smoot'] lead their balanced scoring attack, but 6'7" senior center [player_tooltip player_id='1561100' first='Colson' last='Dobre'] could be the difference in this one with his size.

Mt. Vernon (Fortville) @ Pike

You won't find a better game than this tonight. Prep Hoops Indiana #2 Pike versus #4 Mt. Vernon (Fortville). Mr. Basketball favorite and Purdue signee [player_tooltip player_id='1728587' first='Luke' last='Ertel'] versus Pike's trio of elite juniors and superstar sophomore. [player_tooltip player_id='2194328' first='Jahari' last='Miller'], [player_tooltip player_id='2266896' first='Isaiah' last='Hill'], [player_tooltip player_id='2266897' first='Kenneth' last='Lampley'], and [player_tooltip player_id='2538892' first='Landon' last='Lampley'] give Pike the most pure talent on the floor in just about every game they play. However, Ertel is a warrior. His chemistry with 6'8" junior forward [player_tooltip player_id='2140419' first='Max' last='Vise'] is fun to watch as well. This one will be a battle and our own Kyler Staley will be there to provide coverage.

Penn @ South Bend St. Joseph

Over in the South Bend area there are two excellent matchups this evening with this one being the highest profile in terms of the rankings. South Bend St. Joseph is #10 in this week's Prep Hoops Indiana Super Poll while Penn checks in at #15. The Huskies of SBSJ have won seven straight to run their record up to 14-4. Notre Dame signee [player_tooltip player_id='2024513' first='Nick' last='Shrewsberry'] and junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='2140359' first='Elijah' last='King'] form as good of a one-two punch as you will find. Meanwhile, superstar sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2457404' first='Caleb' last='Coolman'] leads the way for Penn. The 6'4" point guard averages 20.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game for the 17-3 Kingsmen.

South Bend Adams @ South Bend Riley

Another excellent game being played in South Bend tonight will feature Riley versus Adams. Riley has scored 90+ points in back-to-back games led by their dynamic backcourt of senior [player_tooltip player_id='2398991' first='Tyrese' last='Jones'] and junior Da'Kori Parker. As for Adams, they feature their own dynamic duo of senior [player_tooltip player_id='1561002' first='Jarvis' last='Tolbert Jr']. and junior [player_tooltip player_id='2129321' first='Drew' last='Dixon'] in the backcourt. Those matchups alone will be worth the price of admission to this one.
