If it wasn’t obvious already, Vise made it clear on Saturday why we have him ranked as a Top 10 prospect in our Prep Hoops Indiana Class 2027 rankings. The 6’8″ forward was excellent in both of Grand Park Premier 17u’s games. He dominated on the rim-run, finished on the roll, and utilized his impressive mobility and agility to finish consistently at the rim. Vise moves so well and is comfortable finishing with both hands. His rebounding ability continues to pop as well as an area of improvement.

This 6’8″ rising senior forward from Mt. Vernon (Fortville) High School is no stranger to the stock-risers list. He has consistently moved up the rankings throughout his career and now has cracked the Top 10. Vise, one of the most versatile forwards in the class, jumped from #20 to #9 in our rankings. He is an outstanding passer, handles the ball well on the perimeter, and is a true playmaker and initiator offensively with the ball in his hands. Mid-Major programs should be evaluating him closely during these two upcoming live periods.

One of the top stock-risers in the state of Indiana from the past year, Vise played well in his matchup against Basila on Thursday. It is so impressive to watch the 6’8″ forward/center essentially operate as Mt. Vernon (Fortville)’s point guard. He is very comfortable handling the ball and is an elite passer. Division I programs will continue to follow Vise very closely this summer.

One of Indiana’s top stock-risers from the past year or so, Vise was absolutely excellent while helping lead the Indiana Junior All-Stars to victory. He played well in the first half with a couple nice interior finishes, but then opened up the second half with 10 points in a four minute stretch. The 6’8″ forward displayed excellent hands, fluid athleticism, and a lot of ball skill for his size. Vise finished with 17 on 7-8 shooting.

Vise continued his Indiana Junior All-Star campaign on Saturday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The 6’8″ forward was the perfect running mate for Ertel finishing with 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 blocked shots as the Marauders defeated Crown Point 52-50.

Ertel gets a lot of attention, and rightfully so, but Vise has solidified himself as an Indiana Junior All-Star candidate this season. The versatile 6’8″ forward finished with 17 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 4 blocks in Mt. Vernon (Fortville)’s 57-54 overtime victory against Pike.
