About Kendrick

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I buckle down on Defense. I like to make my team better by creating plays for them and opening up the court. I can shoot from all over but like to drive and make a move to the bucket

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am quiet for the most part and humble. I just like to compete and make myself known by simply playing the game.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have become more outwardly vocal on the court over the past couple of years kf my high school career. I feel I can lead naturally and have learned to encourage my teammates and continue to guide as a Junior this year.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many personal challenges, I am very close to my siblings and have had to overcome some personal issues with my brother. He is an amazing basketball player and can no longer play so I plan to carry on what we have been doing since we were kids. He made me as competitive as I am today.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want and college that can help me stay focused on getting a good education and being able to apply thay degree to be successful later when it is time to become a family in the future.

Arguably one of the toughest omissions from the Indiana Junior All-Star Team, Martin absolutely had an outstanding season for Liberty Christian who was one of the best Class 1A teams in Indiana. The explosive 6’2″ guard led the Lions to a third straight Regional Championship while averaging 17.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2.1 steals per game.
