Harris, out of the MacDuffie School in Massachusetts, checks in at #5 among the shooting guards and #19 overall. Harris has improved his recruiting stock as much as any prospect in New England since the start of the season. The 6’6″ guard has great positional size and length and has proven to be an above the rim athlete on both ends of the floor. He does a great job of using the dribble to create space and knows how to get his jumper off even when closely guarded. On the other end of the floor, his playmaking in passing lanes and when protecting the rim stands out. He’s a surefire Division I prospect at this point.

A great quick release while shooting the rock. A no dip 3 player who makes contested shots. He is intelligent keeping the ball away from defenders in a multitude of ways when driving to the hoop. He is an inside and out scorer who draws contact when driving. He just picked up his first D1 offer and this player will only pick up more along the rest of the season. A great athletic frame who is ready for the D1 level.

You could make a very good case that Harris has been the biggest riser of any NEPSAC player to start the season. The 6-foot-6 wing can handle it and shoot it quite well for his size, so he’s virtually impossible to stop as a one-on-one player on the perimeter. He can make shots off the catch or the dribble, and he can also elevate high above the rim for finishes if you step out on him. Harris should be garnering D1 interest and looks to be one of the better players in the entire NEPSAC.

Harris had a coming out party for MacDuffie against Winchendon this past weekend and put his name on the map for scholarship schools to keep an eye on. The 6-foot-6 wing showed a ridiculous scoring bag which included tons of off the dribble threes, a bunch of strong, body-bump takes to the rim with both lefty and righty finishes, and a host a pull-up jumpers in the mid range. He has an excellent handle for his size and is able to get to his spots on the floor pretty consistently, and then his jumper is also a strength of his game. Harris is an incredibly well-rounded player who should be targeted by mid major and higher schools. Big time player who will only keep improving.

Checking in at #41 overall and #8 among the shooting guards, Harris has a versatile skill-set that includes multi-level scoring. He’s got good size for an off-guard and long arms, both of which benefit him offensively and defensively. He does a nice job of getting downhill off the bounce, finishes with athleticism around the rim, and is capable of scoring off the bounce in the mid-range. He can guard twos through fours and does a nice job of mixing it up on the defensive glass. He’ll look to make noise this winter and has the tools to play at the scholarship level.

The 6’6 SG with an expanding skill set averaged 19ppg, 6rebs, shot 57% FG. He earned All-Tournament and MVP leading Valley to the tournament title, and a 7-0 start. He’s scoring in different ways, dropping mid-range jumpers off the dribble, using his length, and added strength driving to finish at the rim. He shows handles, vision, pushing and passing in transition, while finishing on the receiving end with rhythm 3’s and strong take to the rim. His rebounding numbers are up, he’s defending hard.
