Coffman has been a stock riser this spring, being mentioned as a breakout prospect from the UAA circuit with Stars Basketball Club out of Nashville. Coffman is an impressive floor spacer from the wing forward position who got hot from the outside on Saturday morning against Bellbrook in a competitive game. Coffman has to do a lot of the creating for his team and every time he got the ball inside the arc he was seeing two or three defenders at a time. Holding a handful of Division I offers, Coffman has some options if he wants to make a fall commitment.

Ashland Blazer are always one of my favorite teams to watch in Kentucky as they share the basketball well and always have skilled guards and a variety of shooters. Neel is the engine for the team this season as his passing ability created open shots for a handful of his teammates. Neel also did a nice job driving and finishing with his left hand, not being able to be forced to one side or the other to drive. Holding a handful of in-state NAIA offers, Neel is another prospect with options as he enters his final month of grassroots basketball.

The WKU commit had an impressive weekend, leading his team to multiple wins over other Division I recruits at his position. While Friday Logsdon had a more complete offensive performance in a win over Winton Woods, on Saturday he hit a game-winning pull-up jumper with three seconds left to lift his team past McCracken County in a thriller. Logsdon made a big defensive impact on both ends of the court, defending multiple positions and serving as a help-side rim protector. That toughness and two-way impact has the Western Kentucky staff extremely excited about what Logsdon brings to the table.

Fairdale played in some big games over the weekend and Roberts was at the center of the action. Roberts has shiftiness on the ball which makes him tough to stay in front of. His talent with the ball in his hands allows him to create his own shot and he has the offensive ability to put up points in a hurry. Fairdale looks like one of the most talented teams in Kentucky heading into next season with a deep 2027 class that should contend for a regional title. As for Roberts recruitment, if I'm a regional low major program I would be taking a hard look at him and if I'm a Division II or NAIA program he might be my top target from Kentucky's 2027 point guard class.

The 7 footer from Louisville Eastern stood out as his ability to dunk in traffic is a skill few players have. Standing at that size, Bol just has to catch and turn around the rim to get both hands hanging on the basket after throwing down a dunk. I also liked Bol's decision making out of the post, making the right read on a couple post entry looks. For Bol, looking more confident getting up and down the court should be a point of emphasis, if he can maintain the speed of the game then he will have a chance to shine at the Division I level sometime during his basketball career.

Corbin has some impressive talent for a small town program and Ellis is a stock riser from this weekend as he stood out in front of the Union University coaches and more this weekend. Ellis holds a pair of NAIA offers and looked like a potential impact player at that level as he knocked down a handful of 3-pointers in each game I caught of his this weekend. Ellis is an elite shooter and when he gets even a sliver of space it is usually going up and going in. Ellis also made some smart kickout passes when he couldn't get a driving angle to get himself to the rim. Playing alongside [player_tooltip player_id='2454751' first='Grayson' last='Burton'], the duo were starting to figure out their chemistry together again as they should be one of the top scoring punches in the southeastern part of Kentucky.

The last game of the night featured LaRue County and Harris made it worth staying late in the gym on Saturday. Harris had a breakaway dunk that showed off his explosiveness off two feet and was making some slick passes with his left hand as well. A combo guard who can play on or off the ball, Harris has a repeatable shooting stroke from the outside but can also really pass the ball. Just like Roberts at Fairdale, I'd be giving Harris a hard look if I was a regional low major program while also having him at the top of my recruiting board for Division II and NAIA programs from across the region.
