This particular update has seen a lot of movement all the way through the rankings. With so many players coming back to Kentucky or moving into the rankings for the first time, there have also been quite a few players who have moved up through the rankings. Here's a breakdown of the top point guards in this update. This does not include players who were previously written about in the top 10 prospects articles.

One of the best Seniors in the Derby City, Roberts is capable of scoring at a high rate or creating open looks for teammates. One of the best in the state at getting into the paint, Kamari excels in the open court and thrives in up tempo games. Roberts does more damage when attacking the rim but is a good enough three point shooter to keep defenses honest.

Elijah is a really good shooter who has several college offers already. Neel transferred to Ashland Blazer before last season and has thrived when surrounded with so many talented guards around him. A knockdown shooter with deep range, Elijah could see some D1 schools come calling with a big July of AAU.

A big guard with the ability to frustrate opposing defenses thanks to his consistency attacking the rim, Cruz was an impact player in his first year in Kentucky. Carlos has been gone most of the summer as he has been playing internationally. With his size and raw scoring ability, Carlos should be a scholarship level player when signing day comes around.

Baird has been one of the most consistent players in this class over the years. At his best when he's attacking, Cash is a true three level scorer who does a little bit of everything for Lincoln County. An underrated athlete who will try to dunk on opposing players any chance he gets, Cash played a lot of time off the ball this summer but projects to be a lead guard in college.

Amontae has been a steady hand for Newport over the last couple of seasons while the roster around him has been tumultuous. Lowe is a really good passer and is electric in the open court. I've seen him throw some lob passes that would rival some of the best highlights in the NBA on any given night. If Amontae can score as well as he creates for others, Newport is going to be dangerous this Winter and Lowe should see multiple offers coming his way.
