[player_tooltip player_id='2886380' first='Remy' last='Rose'] Carl Hayden (Pictured)

A pure point guard who can score. He has next level court vision with a super tight handle and an advanced feel. He will score with a crossover into a floater, driving layups, pull-up threes, step thru into a floater, euro steps and mid-range pull-ups off the dribble. He also had a nasty dunk that surprised maybe even one of the best defenders in Tucson. He scored 19 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='3143427' first='Myking' last='Marfell-Williams'] Westview

A breakout performer is a true combo guard who made it look easy versus Ironwood Ridge. He poured in 28 points with tough pull-up threes off the dribble, he will stop and pop with a mid-rage pull-up, he is a long strider to the basket and uses his very slick handle and gets to his spots with his dominant left hand.

[player_tooltip player_id='2628288' first='Lucas' last='Anderson'] Ironwood Ridge

A highly skilled guard/wing with real size and some length. He may be one of the best shooters in all of Tucson and in the 2028 class. He has a polished mid-range pull-up and will score with put backs, gets a step on his defender to the basket and rattle in triples one by one with a super quick release off the catch or pull. He also showed that he will drive and kick and make a play. He finished with a team high of 26 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2893420' first='Davion' last='Rhymes'] Carl Hayden

A scoring guard is one of their many top options to put points on the board nightly. He is quick to get downhill using a nice first step and can take a bump with contact and he has a super polished mid-range jumper. He has a good feel for the game to make a play and will collect steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194481' first='Justin' last='Kimbrough'] Mountain Pointe

The undersized point guard is a true floor general setting up his teammates in stride. He will shred the defense and have some needle threaders every game and some dump offs making it easy for his teammates. He will score with mid-range jumpers, blow by's with either hand and threes. He scored 17 points with 5+ assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2194806' first='Zen' last='London'] Mountain Pointe

A two-way shooting guard will defend multiple positions for the Pride. He scores with mid-range pull-ups, which is definitely his sweet spot, get to the paint and he rebounds the ball at a high clip for a guard. He finished with 6 points and 5+ rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2466075' first='Jayvein' last='Moody'] Mountain Pointe

A dynamic combo guard has an electric first step. His speed he uses to turn the corner is impressive. He will make some pick and roll assists, hit the three and he collects many steals which usually ends up leading to layups or dunks. He scored 16 points with 4 steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='1956218' first='Marcus' last='Isaac'] Mountain Pointe

One of the top defensive sophomores in the AIA showed off his high skill level. He is becoming a mid-range king with a high arc. It is becoming an unguardable move with his size and high arc. He will dunk it with ease, run the floor and score with off offensive rebound put backs. He had 14 points with 3 blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='2759167' first='Taylan' last='Owens'] Canyon View

One of the best passers in the freshmen class is definitely looking like Owens. He is a next level passer with great timing threading the needle making tough passes look easy. He will also score with quick takes to the basket, threes off the catch and speed in the open court with a tough layup package.
