Pecic has exceeded early expectations and looks like a true varsity-level scorer as a freshman. He's averaging 11.8 points with nearly five rebounds, showing that he can get inside and finish, and he shows up on both ends. His 21- and 29-point outings highlight his scoring abilities and show that he can light it up. But his rebounding capabilities make him even better. He makes a rise in the rankings this go-round with how he's performed to start the season.

Grant is a player who we saw stand out this Fall, but his play to start the season has been a pleasant surprise. He's emerged as a consistent combo guard who spaces the floor at a high level. He's averaging 9.5 points while hitting two threes per game at over 40 percent. He keeps defenses honest and the offense flowing. He reads the floor well, finds shooters, and plays within the flow of the offense. He's a player who continues to rise with his play and makes the jump in the rankings.

Spann has quickly proven he belongs among the top 2029 prospects with his two-way impact and physical presence. He's a wing who scores when needed but makes his biggest mark defensively, often drawing the toughest assignments. His strength, versatility, and competitiveness keep him on the floor for a contender, and that is not something you see out of the other 2029s. As his offensive confidence grows with his shooting and scoring, his overall value and ranking stock continue climbing, but he makes the rankings for the first time and is one of the top players in the class.

Marshall has stepped into East's frontcourt and delivered as a freshman. He scores from multiple levels, rebounds in bunches, and doesn't shy away from big moments. His 21-point, 10-rebound performance against the state's top player showed his ceiling, and he's been steady all season. His ability to stretch the floor with a lethal mid-range, which can extend out to the 3-point line, and also finish inside, gives East true balance. Marshall has earned a rise with his 7.1 points and 6.9 rebounds average on the year. Excited to see what the second half of the season brings.

West has shown that he's able to make a mark in varsity games early on. As a freshman, he's already showing that he can play with true effort and feel, and can turn that into production. The freshman plays within the flow, rebounds when the opportunity presents itself, and attacks. His recent 10-point, 6-rebound performance shows that he can find a groove. As his role expands, he will have to continue to impact the game in ways other than just scoring. I feel that he can be a player worth watching and will continue to rise in the rankings with his play. He jumps on the rankings for the first time.
