A Richmond signee, Caldwell took over down the stretch to try and will Silver Creek to victory. The 6'8” super athletic forward was very impressive driving it to the basket and elevating to rebound well above everyone else. His skill level and fluid athleticism is very impressive at his size. Caldwell finished as Silver Creek's leading scorer with 21, 14 of which came in the fourth quarter, to go along with 8 rebounds.

Nobody in the state plays with more raw energy than [player_tooltip player_id='1561445' first='Mason' last='Darrell']. He got going in the second quarter for the Bulldogs connecting on a pair of three-point shots as they started to build a little cushion. His activity level on the defensive end, and excellent hands, was a big part of Crown Point forcing 26 turnovers. The Bellarmine signee scored 18 points as the Bulldogs' defeated Silver Creek 76-65.

Tuesday afternoon at The Largest and Finest High School Fieldhouse in the World. The Purdue signee controlled every facet of the game as normally does on his way to yet another double-double. Ertel finished with 33 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists in Mt. Vernon (Fortville)'s 62-51 win over Northview. Any time the game got close Ertel was there to make a big play for the Marauders.

This sophomore wing was doing his best to keep Northview in the game against Mt. Vernon (Fortville). At 6'4” he has impressive size and strength, especially for his age, on the wing. Lewis consistently got to the foul line where he converted 13 of 14 shots on his way to 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals. Look for Lewis to be a stock-riser in our Prep Hoops Indiana Class of 2028 prospect rankings the next time we drop an update.

There is no shortage of talent to go around in Crown Point's rotation. There are two Division I signees and essentially everyone that touches the floor either will, or can, play college basketball. Rhodes is the steading, connecting piece of it all. The 5'8” guard plays well above his size due to his explosive quickness and great body control. He finished with 13 points, 3 assists, and 2 steals as Crown Point defeated Silver Creek 76-65. Rhodes is part of their excellent defense as well.

An Illinois-Chicago signee, Shaw is such a steady presence for Crown Point. The 6'6” wing plays with elite pace at all times. He is a great passer, great ball-handler, and so incredibly versatile with the ability to essentially play anywhere 1-4. He played his best basketball down the stretch to secure a 76-65 win over Silver Creek. Shaw finished with a game-high 23 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter, to go with 7 rebounds.

Sprigler scored 7 of Silver Creek's 9 first quarter points and had 17 of their 26 at the half. He was nearly single-handily keeping them in the game to that point. Surrounded by three Division I players he often doesn't get the credit or recognition that he deserves, but the 5'11” senior guard has plenty of game. He is an outstanding outside shooter and can create for himself off of the bounce. Sprigler finished with 20 points for the Dragons in a 76-65 loss to Crown Point.

Vise only scored 5 points, all coming in the first quarter, but still had a big impact on Mt. Vernon (Fortville)'s 62-51 win over Northview. The talented 6'8” junior forward pulled down 7 rebounds, was impactful defensively, and did a great job of distributing the basketball for the Marauders. The way he handles, and passes, the ball at his size is very impressive. Obviously, the offense runs through Ertel, but Vise is able to facilitate from the perimeter and even bring the ball up the floor from time-to-time. He is a very intriguing long-term prospect.
