With the addition of multiple new powerhouse programs and the ever evolving door of transfers in the high school scene, we take a look at part two of some of the new players in the rankings!

#74) Pavios Zougris | 6'8” PF | Blue Ridge

Zourgis transferred to Blue Ridge over the summer, and throughout the fall he's shown flashes of being a very intriguing prospect and will provide a lot of production for a front court that was already one of the best in the state. The 6'8” big man has a good frame that should continue to fill out moving forward, he plays with a great motor running the floor hard and making hustle plays on both ends, he's physical in the post with touch around the rim with both hands, and he is someone who can impact the game without needing to be a focal point of the offense.

#77) [player_tooltip player_id='2624539' first='Austin' last='Agosto'] | 5'10” PG | Blue Ridge

Agosto is new to these rankings because we somehow had him in the 2027 class, but regardless of what class he's in college coaches should be taking a hard look at him as a point guard who can potentially change a program from a culture perspective. The 5'10” guard isn't the biggest guy but he's a ball of energy who brings it on both ends every time he's on the floor, he's shifty and is able to create and make tough shots from multiple levels, he can pick up full court and pressure the ball, and he makes great decisions and makes his team better too,

#83) [player_tooltip player_id='3071013' first='Elijah' last='Williams'] | 6'4” SG | Evergreen Christian

Williams has been a huge part of Evergreen's emergence as a team to reckon with in the NOVA area, as his mix of athleticism, skill and toughness has set the blueprint for how this team will play and his production backs it up as well. The 6'4” off guard is super explosive in transition and when he gets downhill where he's fearless attacking the rim, he can knock down open shots off the catch, he has huge upside on the defensive end with his athleticism and length, and he can play on the ball as a downhill attacker too.

#95) [player_tooltip player_id='1548389' first='Shane' last='Wellman'] | 6'3” SG | Fairfax Christian

Wellman is a welcome addition to an already loaded Fairfax Christian squad who moves up to D-II after winning three straight D-III state championships and returning pretty much everyone, but his versatility and size on the perimeter will make him one of their primary options most likely. At 6'3” with long arms he's able to play on the ball where he's very good as a drive-and-kick playmaker who can also get to the rim and finish in traffic, he can move off the ball where he can drill it from deep and attacks closeouts well, and he defensively he brings good energy and has a competitive drive to him as well.

#109) [player_tooltip player_id='3071102' first='Tristan' last='Smith'] | 6'3” SF | Albemarle

Smith was a huge reason for Albemarle's run to the state championship last season, and after a big summer he's receiving a lot of interest from colleges for his long term potential moving forward the next few years. The 6'3” wing is a big time athlete who can play above the rim in transition and attacks the rim aggressively off the bounce, he really thrives defensively where he moves his feet well and has quick hands, he is a surprisingly good shot blocker for his position, and he oozes toughness and thrives in his role as an energy guy and lockdown defender.

#116) [player_tooltip player_id='2808147' first='Matthias' last='Lattimore'] | 6'5” SG | Virginia Academy

Lattimore burst onto the scene this summer and fall with VA Academy as a very intriguing late bloomer who has great positional size and length, and the way he's able to fill it up he could easily rise in these rankings and turn the heads of college coaches who need a late steal to impact their program. At 6'5” with long arms he has huge potential defensively with his ability to challenge shots and get deflections, he can rise up and hit tough pull-ups over smaller defenders in the midrange, he can knock down open shots from deep, and he's an athletic and tough finisher when he gets downhill too.

#153) [player_tooltip player_id='2470600' first='Cy' last='Gresham'] | 6'5” SF | Bruton

Gresham is another guy who we somehow had ranked in the 2027 class when he was at West Point, but now that he's transferred to Bruton he is set to have a huge senior year and would be a great candidate for a post grad year to continue to develop and get ready for college. He grew from about 6'2” to 6'5” over his career making him a walking mismatch with his ability to put it on the deck and get to the rim, he can knock down shots from deep off the catch, he's an unselfish playmaker with a good IQ, and as he continues to grow into his body he's going to get more explosive over the next year or so guaranteed.
