Canton McKinley are the preseason favorites to win the federal league thanks to their depth of experience, size and scoring talent. Webster is a combination of those three skills as he's a strong wing forward who makes an impact on both ends of the court. Webster can attack from the free throw line area where he can dribble using both hands, liking the spin move back to the left or knock down the mid-range jumper. For Webster, limiting turnovers will be key as the Federal League is a grind it out halfcourt league. I think that style of play will help Webster's feel improve.

One of the bigger stock risers from the event, Cotton simply plays harder than almost everybody else on the court. Grabbing as many rebounds as anybody I saw all day, Cotton was crashing the glass with a purpose. With good length and explosive athleticism, Cotton has the skills to be an elite rebounder and follows through with that. Cotton has also taken strides as a ball handler, looking confident in tight spaces and getting to the rim off quick dribble moves. Cotton is still a work in progress as a scorer but the improvement he's made from about a year ago is very impressive and he'll be getting a rankings bump during our next update.

A transfer from Garfield Heights to Euclid, Jones has fit in perfectly with the Panthers as his athleticism, physicality and varsity experience all were on display on Saturday. Jones had a baseline slam dunk that helped cap off one of a few marquee wins Euclid had on Saturday. A wing who I expect to play a major role this winter, Jones is a name to know in northeast Ohio.

A prospect I first watched at Midwest live in Sandusky, Owens has made clear improvements handling the ball and making decisions as a passer. Owens had a couple of nice passes as a driver and got places off the dribble when necessary. Owens was already intriguing due to his floor spacing ability as a big and he once again made shots. Euclid is going to be a hot team to watch in northeast Ohio and Owens is an obvious late blooming breakout candidate.

I caught a battle of Division VI powers when Andrews Osborne Academy squared off with Maumee Valley Country Day and despite AOA missing two impact players, they took the Hawks to the buzzer falling just short. Fombona was the standout performer for AOA in that game, making some deep shots off the catch. Fombona has good positional size on the wing and attacked a couple closeouts to score as well. I think Andrew's Osborne Academy has a chance to win a state title in Division VI this season with a
