He can score off the bounce, stopping on a dime to pull up with fluid mechanics on his jumper and uses his strength and athleticism to finish through contact at the rim.   What separates him is how comfortable he looks doing everything on the floor—whether it's scoring with the ball or off the ball, making the right reads, or setting the tone defensively. As Folsom High gears up for a deep state run, Parks is set to be the driving force. The 6'4 guard brings a smooth, repeatable shooting stroke that's consistent from deep to midrange. Whether it's off the catch or pulling up in rhythm, Chandler gets into his shot quickly—his feet are always set, and his release is lightning fast.   He's shown flashes of being a high-level scorer who can heat up in a hurry. Chandler doesn't force it either—he lets the game come to him and picks his spots well. With his skill set and confidence continuing to grow, [player_tooltip player_id='2812559' first='Amari' last='Chandler'] is poised for a huge sophomore season at Livermore. Expect his name to keep buzzing across NorCal hoops.     [player_tooltip player_id='2484356' first='Boss' last='Mhoon'] | 6'5 G | King's Academy | Oakland Soldiers   [player_tooltip player_id='2484356' first='Boss' last='Mhoon'] is currently the number one player in NorCal's and one of the nations top guard prospects in his class. Boss brings a strong blend of skill, athleticism, and length. Mhoon creates problems for defenders with his ability to score at all three levels. He's at peace in catch-and-face scenarios, getting into his one-dribble pull-up with ease and good elevation. He doesn't need much space to rise up, which makes him a tough cover even against tight contests.   What sets Mhoon apart is his ability to break defenders down off the dribble without over dribbling. He attacks closeouts with purpose, plays well off the ball by slashing and coming off pin downs. Around the rim, he consistently finishes with touch—especially with his left hand. Despite being a scoring threat, he also reads the floor well when penetrating the paint, often dropping pocket passes off to his bigs.   Mhoon's combination of size, skill, and playmaking makes him one of the more complete wings in the 2028 class. He's only going to keep trending upward nationally.     Branden Williams | 6'9” F/C | Moreau Catholic | Team Lillard | 2028   Branden Williams is one of those bigs you notice right away. At 6'9” with long arms and a quick second jump, he's a natural rim protector who block shots and changes even more.    He runs the floor hard from paint to paint and gives his team easy opportunities in transition. His defensive presencealone makes him a factor every possession but his offensive game is coming along. Williams is starting to show flashes of offensive moves on the block. The athletic big is already productive down low scoring off rim runs and cleaning up the glass.   Branden Williams was the lone sophomore on the National Championship Team Lillard roster. As he continues to develop offensively, his ceiling rises fast. Don't be surprised if Branden becomes one of the top interior forces in his class. He's capable of averaging a double-double with 5 blocks a game. He changes speeds well, using pace and control to get where he wants on the floor. Loevner uses his length to finish efficiently in the paint and has the court vision to make the right play, whether it's threading a pass or creating for himself.   He's also a very capable shooter from deep, spacing the floor and keeping defenders honest. Loeveler has the great size, skill and play making ability which could soon make him one of the more versatile guards in the Bay Area. He able to keep his dribble alive through heavy traffic and consistently find ways to generate clean looks for himself and others even against good pressure.   Edwards is comfortable driving left or right and has an impressive bag of finishes around the rim—floaters, reverses, and quick pull-ups that make him tough to contain once he gets in the paint. [player_tooltip player_id='2633864' first='Weston' last='Edwards'] is a rare four-level scorer who can hurt defenses consistently from very deep (25 feet), normal 3 point range, midrange and at the rim.   With his pace, creativity and confidence, [player_tooltip player_id='2633864' first='Weston' last='Edwards'] continues to prove he's one of the elite young guards in the Bay Area.
