Top Guards at the RUN Showcase

Anderson has been on a tear since this spring and it continued at the camp. Caught a body in transition for the highlight reel. Then was an efficient scorer throughout. Is one of the top off the dribble shooters in Oklahoma, he's efficient with his handles and jab steps to create space to shoot from deep. If he's given an inch of daylight, he will pull and likely hit. Similarly smooth off the dribble. Set for a potentially monstrous senior season.     Arguably the best player in attendance, Rhodes is built like a pitbull. Can post up smaller guards on the block. Then is a bowling ball, with big time explosiveness when elevating to finish at the rim on drives. It'd be one thing if he was only a downhill, bully ball guard. But he was also among the better shooters at the camp. Very smooth, gathering and pulling up from deep. Looked to clearly be a D1 caliber guard. Even with the potential to be a lead guard.      One of the top athletes in attendance. Was all over the rims, including seemingly dunking on them like he was mad at them.  Explosiveness and next level size will get his foot in the door at the next level. And he's a good shooter and overall scorer as well.      One of the most electrifying guards in Oklahoma.  Quick and explosive, he got on the rims when given an open lane. Including catching alley-oops.  He's also quite shifty for a taller guard, moving like a cat when gets defenders on their heels. Then can either explode to the rim or snatch the ball back and drain jumpers.  Continued his impressive rise over the last 18 months as one of the top players in gym.     Robinson is quick and strong. When he gets a step in the half court, points might as well be put on the scoreboard. Because he's fast enough to not be caught, strong enough to not be bothered by defenders and has continued to develop into a good passer on drives. Clearly has been working on his feel for the game as a creator, as along with the drive and kicks. He had good touch passes in transition and even feeding the roll man in PNR situations. Good sign that the game is slowing down in a good way for a player who has always had outstanding physical gifts.      Fulton is a smooth shooting lefty, who was consistently among the better shooters in attendance. With his size and the way he shot the rock, those two aspects would be enough to make him a future collegiate guard.  But that would be burying the lead, he is a flat out ATHLETE. From angry dunks in transition to otherworldly helium on a block. He's an eye catching athlete, with a complete offensive game.      A hard nose slashing guard, Morris has outstanding body control and is surprisingly strong for his thinner frame.  Is seemingly never off balance, which allows him to hit very tough shots in traffic. Good patience on his moves too, plays under control while maintaining an impressive determined mindset. Impressed with some of his quick reading of the floor on the feeds he made to teammates, making him a true combo guard now.      A long range bomber, he's seemingly in range once he crosses half court. Isn't afraid to get his nose dirty on defense, rack up steals. And then was an outstanding transition passer to teammates. Simply an up tempo hooper, who thrived in the fast pace nature of the showcase. Appears to be an all around lead guard, who impacts winning.     Is continuing to refine his guard skills, and his height, wingspan and athleticism give him the versatility to be a wing as well at the next level. Baba looks stronger and more confident with his handles, leading to not only being a transition monster. But a halftime court one as well. Carved up the defense with an improved crossover. Looks physically stronger as well. Late blooming prospect for the Wolves, set for a huge senior season. And should be a JuCo-D2 priority for Oklahoma and regional programs.
