Scivani established himself early on as teammates looked to find him. He looked to be a shot maker. He was hitting threes in both 3-on-3 and 5-on-5, and that led to extra opportunities for him, including a few heat checks. He was able to stay open because he moved smartly without the ball, running the baseline to create space and knocking down contested looks once his feet were set. While he was hitting shots, that was not all as he even flashed playmaking ability and found the open man. By showing more aggressiveness, his range and ability to space the floor or put it on the ground could make him a consistent scoring threat, but for a team looking for versatility, look no further. Solid outing.

Poole impressed with high-IQ playmaking that often went beyond the box score. While everyone else was looking to score, he set the table. He delivered no-look passes, broke presses with composure, and executed rare but valuable entry feeds that you don't typically see from a young guard. As one of the best passers in the gym, he displayed poise and vision, running the offense smoothly but also pushing the pace. His ability to elevate teammates while handling pressure set him apart from other guards on the day and while I am sure he wanted to shoot the ball more, it was refreshing to see a player look as if he knew what real basketball was. I am high on Jax after the showcase as a player we had already liked, but wanted to see against other top players in the state.

Love is a player who plays with aggression on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he attacks with confidence and counters to create baskets. He attacked off the dribble, mixed in mid-range pull-ups, and knocked down a few threes. He appears to always want to be making a play, and sometimes that takes away from his strengths as he's very skilled. But once he slowed down and let the game come to him, he became a difference-maker at the camp. His defensive energy stood out late, turning stops into offense, and he went on multiple runs by himself. In 5-on-5, Love's blend of scoring and tenacious defense made him a two-way spark that led his team. Solid day for Love and we have seen him show out in other showcases in the past as well, so it was more of a refresher.

Rowekamp continues to impress every time we see him as a player who lets his game speak for itself. He's a smooth lefty guard with size, who is efficient due to taking the right shots, not pressing or every stepping out of his game. In 3 on 3, he was a reliable scorer as he knocked down threes, drove into the lane, and consistently made the extra pass to get the defense moving. I wanted to see if that would continue in 5-on-5 and he looked even better. He played both on and off the ball, he cut hard, found space, and never forced contested looks despite others looking for their own. His feel, shot selection, and versatility point to a high-level guard who simply knows how to play.

Boyd is a player with size who owns the glass. He uses his size and strength to secure rebounds and finishes through contact, and that is something you like to see in a big. In 3-on-3, he even stretched the floor with threes to showcase that he's able to step out a bit. In 5's is when he looked better however as he embraced his role inside. Body is best when he's setting hard screens and rolling for the basket, boxing out and getting boards as they go up and protecting the paint. With continued improvement, his physicality and willingness to battle make him a reliable interior presence that showed flashes at the event.

Brunton is one of the state's best scorers as he's a player that you can put the ball in his hands and get out of the way. He's a patient scorer who gets to his mid-range spot and rises up over smaller defenders. He attacked in triple threat, showed a face-up game, and also had some tough finishes at the rim. He punished smaller defenders in both 3-on-3 and 5's as he responded with big shots, took on challenges defensively and also showed that he sees the floor well with passing as well. As a bigger wing, he used screens effectively and created off the dribble. Even when his shot wasn't falling, he found ways to contribute, and that shows a complete player and that stands out more for me. I like the top players coming out and showing that they just want to compete. Kudos to Brunton and another solid showing.

Lopez-Hardy is a versatile scorer who used his size and physicality to leave his mark at the expo. He was clearing space on the boards and rolling hard after setting strong screens, and the ball found him with his work. In 3's, he had the 3-ball going as he hit a couple of 3-pointers to keep the defense honest. They left him open, and he made them pay, when they closed out, he got inside and finished. In 5-on-5, he displayed soft touch around the basket and showed that he will keep moving and working. He was a reliable interior presence who impacted winning throughout the day and is a player who's now on our radar.
