<p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2195047' first='Patrick' last='Otey']</em></strong> makes his return to the region, and in doing so, takes over the <strong><em>#1</em></strong> spot in this update. The 6'5" shooting guard out of the <em>St. Thomas More School</em> is a nationally ranked prospect that can operate on or off the ball, scores it in a variety of ways, and has the potential to be an impact defender. He currently holds offers from <strong><em>Providence</em></strong>, <strong><em>Syracuse</em></strong>, <strong><em>Villanova</em></strong>, <strong><em>Xavier</em></strong>, and <strong><em>Washington</em></strong>.</p>

<p>Checking in at <strong><em>#2</em></strong> is <strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2470882' first='Theo' last='Edema']</em></strong>. A <em>Top 75</em> prospect in the country, the 6'11" center out of <em>Cushing Academy</em> is a dominate presence in the paint. He scores is with athleticism and power, controls the glass defensively, and is a high level shot blocker both on and off the ball. He's got a long list of high major suitors, with <strong><em>Georgetown</em></strong>, <strong><em>Providence</em></strong>, and <strong><em>Syracuse</em></strong> standing out early on.</p>

<p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='2470964' first='Antonio' last='Pemberton']</em></strong> claims the <strong><em>#3</em></strong> spot in this update after a terrific summer that saw him work his way into <em>Top 75</em> consideration nationally. The crafty guard out of <em>Brewster Academy</em> can score is at all three levels, is a high level athlete, and shows the ability to guard at a high leel on the other end of the floor. <strong><em>Boston College</em></strong>, <strong><em>Florida State</em></strong>, <strong><em>Georgetown</em></strong>, and <strong><em>Marquette</em></strong> are a few of the programs involved in his recruitment early on.</p>

<p>Next up, at <strong><em>#4</em></strong>, <em>Brewster Academy's</em> <strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='1958489' first='Clyde' last='Walters']</em></strong>. The explosive wing is another <em>Top 100</em> prospect that shines with his two way versatility. He's an elite defender, has the ability to make plays off the bounce, and finishes in a variety of ways around the rim with explosive athleticism. The Alabama native has early offers from <strong><em>Alabama</em></strong>, <strong><em>Mississippi State</em></strong>, <strong><em>Ole Miss</em></strong>, and <strong><em>Syracuse</em></strong>.</p>

<p>Rounding out the <em>Top 5</em>, at <strong><em>#5</em></strong>, is <strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='1682357' first='Markus' last='Kerr']</em></strong>. Another prospect out of <em>Brewster Academy</em>, the <em>Top 100</em> wing can make plays with the ball in his hands, has the ability to get a basket at multiple levels, and is really good in the open floor, both offensively and defensively. A high major recruit, he has an offer list that includes <strong><em>Boston College</em></strong>, <strong><em>Georgetown</em></strong>, <strong><em>Oklahoma State</em></strong>, and <strong><em>VCU</em></strong>.</p>

<p>In all, 218 prospects have been ranked in this update, with an additional 160 appearing on the <em>Watch List</em>.</p>

<p>All six New England state are represented in these rankings, with prospects coming from the NEPSAC, the Power 5, the Nike EYBL Scholastic League, and each of the six state associations.</p>

<p>Positionally, these rankings feature 41 <em>Point Guards</em>, 48 <em>Combo Guards</em>, 41 <em>Shooting Guards</em>, 46 <em>Small Forwards</em>, 24 <em>Power Forwards</em>, and 18 <em>Centers</em>.</p>
