A 5'8" left-handed guard from North Central High School, Brown was a solid ball handler and overall playmaker for Team 3 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. His quickness, pace, and ability to play off of ballscreens stood out throughout the event. As he continues to develop physically and grow his ball skill will shine even more. There is definitely some talent there to work with.

Sims II was a very effective backcourt piece for Team 3 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. The 5'9" point guard from Fort Wayne Snider High School was very shifty with the ball in his hands consistently winning one-on-one perimeter matchups to attack the paint. He was able to score in the intermediate range, finish at the end of his drives, and make passes out to open teammates. Snider expects him to be a real player for them down the road.

We had a couple of Bedford North Lawrence freshmen attend Sunday's showcase with this 5'11" guard being one of them. Gomez has a long, athletic build that he used to run the floor in transition, help in the rebounding efforts, and provide multi-positional defense. He was a Swiss-army knife type of two-way piece for Team 3 throughout the event and did a great job of keeping the ball moving offensively.

Pardue is a 6'0" guard from New Palestine High School that projects well with his strong, athletic build. He was a matchup problem for opposing defenses due to his combination of physicality and perimeter skill. That same level of versatility carried over to the defensive end of the floor where he was able to guard multiple positions in 5-on-5 play for Team 3 at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase.

Lucchesi was involved in the action on both ends of the floor throughout 5-on-5 play. The 6'1" guard from Hamilton Heights used his length to get a beautiful on-ball steal where he poked it away on the crossover. He ended up with multiple steals. Then, offensively, he made a nice runner in the lane driving to his left and hit a three-point shot at the top of the key. It was a strong two-way showing for Lucchesi at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase.

McElrath-Wright is a 6'1" hybrid wing/forward from Decatur Central High School. He displayed good positional ball handling ability at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase with a few nice straight line drives and even flashed the ability to go coast-to-coast after corralling a defensive rebound. The athletic two-way wing threw some nice outlet passes to start the fast break as well. His physical and athletic tools stand out amongst his peers.

Of all of the prospects that attended both our Freshman Showcase and Sophomore ID Camp it is possible that this 6'7" forward/center has the highest upside out of everyone. Wilson is extremely long and athletic, moves extremely fluidly for his size/age, and is an above-the-rim player at both ends of the floor. The Cathedral High School freshman showed off his ability to face-up off of the block and drive it in a straight line to the rim. He also was effective on the roll and the rim run due to his positional quickness. Look for Wilson to potentially get some varsity minutes as a freshman and then really breakout as he continues to develop his offensive skill set.
