of Hamilton Heights. In the two games I saw of him, he got more comfortable and was a big impact on the offensive end scoring in a variety of different ways. Plays with good pace. Aggressive getting downhill to his right and balancing scoring and facilitating for teammates. Several occasions drove baseline and found open shooters in the opposite corner. Intriguing young guard with good size to keep an eye on for the future.

Lucchesi was involved in the action on both ends of the floor throughout 5-on-5 play. The 6’1″ guard from Hamilton Heights used his length to get a beautiful on-ball steal where he poked it away on the crossover. He ended up with multiple steals. Then, offensively, he made a nice runner in the lane driving to his left and hit a three-point shot at the top of the key. It was a strong two-way showing for Lucchesi at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase.

Lucchesi has impressive positional size for an incoming freshman guard. He shoots the ball well from the perimeter and has the ball-handling ability to play as a true combo guard. The Hamilton Heights High School product will have our attention at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase.
