One of a handful of former OHSAA standouts on this AIA Prep squad from the class of 2025, Collins did what I've seen him do before which is make tough shots on the perimeter. Collins was also communicating throughout practice as a leader on the court and showed high IQ when playing with the ball in his hands. Now in the class of 2026, Collins remains one of the better perimeter shooters in Ohio.

I think Hoerner has gone through one of the more impressive body transformations I can remember out of Ohio over the past year. Going from being a back to the basket big posting up and looking to play physical to a natural power forward who can play on the perimeter, attack a closeout and move his feet defensively. The work isn't done for Hoerner to continue to get quicker but a year ago I would've called Hoerner a true 5 and now he looks like a 4/5 combo.

The tallest player on the AIA Prep roster, Whorton provides size and strength on the interior. When Whorton can shoot over his right shoulder, it usually goes in. Continuing to improve his coordination and confidence with the ball in his hands, Whorton has some untapped potential that will hope to be grasped this winter. I'll be curious to see where his recruitment ends up after this post grad season.

The most talented guard I saw all day, Chinnia-Falline has a good frame, quick burst, the ability to play at multiple speeds and change directions with the ball in his hands. Showcasing the potential to play on or off the ball from the guard position, I'd imagine Chinnia-Falline has some big-time scoring games but also has the potential to lead the team in assists as well. Expect college programs to be drawn to Chinnia-Falline when they see this AIA Prep team play either at practice or in a game.

Coming from across the Atlantic in Spain, Juricek showed impressive versatility with his ability to impact the game in a variety of ways. Maybe the best defender on the team, Juricek has a long wingspan and good natural defensive instincts. Juricek also plays with a high motor and goes hard after loose balls. If Juricek can round out his offensive skills, he could be an impactful college player down the road.
