High School Spotlight: Silver Creek Dragons

We will be taking a look at some quick hitters, the top player(s), a potential breakout player, other roster members, and notable games for the upcoming season. [player_tooltip player_id='1385611' first='Kasen' last='Daeger'] has been the steady force for the Dragons for multiple years and while coming off an injury, while be an elite scoring threat once again. [player_tooltip player_id='2476482' first='Dane' last='Caldwell'] may be the prospect with the highest amount of upside in the 2026 class and saw a boost in his recruitment. [player_tooltip player_id='2140328' first='Brandon' last='Hunter'] is one of the best all-around guards in the class of 2028. Combined, this trio bring back 37.6 point per game from a season ago. May be the best trio in the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Potential Breakout Player:&nbsp;[player_tooltip player_id='1561483' first='Dane' last='Sprigler']<a href="https://prephoops.com/player/justin-kirby/"></a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>While I could have easily placed [player_tooltip player_id='1561483' first='Dane' last='Sprigler'] in the category above as he returns as the second leading scorer for Silver Creek with 15.4 point as a junior, the senior guard could be the player that benefits the most out of this stacked roster. Sprigler could be classified as the "head of the snake" for this team in many ways. He is likely going to be one of the main ball handlers for this team once again as well as being a big time playmaker as well as holding his own in the scoring department.
