A returning second-team all-Woodland East Conference performer, Juarez-Quinn is the lone returning starter from a Greenfield squad that went 23-4 and won the league title under coach Ryan DePouw. He averaged 14.0 points and 4.1 rebounds as a junior and those numbers figure to soar in 2025-26 as he becomes the focal point of the Hustlin' Hawks offense. Juarez-Quinn helped Greenfield to wins over Elkhorn, The Prairie School and Brookfield Academy with his ability to score from the perimeter while also holding his own on defense near the basket. He scored 31 points in a 53-42 win over The Prairie School and did so at all three levels, swishing three triples, going four-of-five from the foul line and making some mid-range jump shots. A mobile player with good length and athleticism, Juarez-Quinn could blossom into one of the top players in the Woodland with increased strength and weight.

Garibay never seems to be in a hurry, which is a product of his basketball instincts as well as the way Kenosha St. Joseph plays the game. And that approach has led to very good results for both the rising sophomore and for the Lancers' program. Second-place finishers in the WIAA Division 4 State Tournament in both 2023 and 2024, St. Joseph will rely heavily on the considered skills of Garibay, who started as a freshman for coach Kyle Clark and averaged 10.5 points per game. Garibay has a tight handle, shoots it with accuracy from beyond the three-point arc and defends well in the half court. His ability to knock down shots will be huge for St. Joseph next winter and performed that role well in Burlington while helping his team to a 2-1 record.

McCray played almost exclusively on the JV1 squad as a freshman at Kenosha St. Joseph. But he's ready to make a big contribution to the Lancers' varsity team in 2025-26. An outstanding long-distance shooter, McCray made his presence felt for the Lancers in Burlington. In a close victory over Cambridge, McCray went for 17 points and made three three-point shots. He scored nine of his points in the second half to help St. Joseph hold off a strong Cambridge squad. McCray and [player_tooltip player_id='2354009' first='Reymundo' last='Garibay'] will play vital roles in the Lancers' backcourt along with returning standouts [player_tooltip player_id='2508296' first='Christopher' last='Kenesie'], the top returning scorer for St. Joseph at 18.6 ppg, and [player_tooltip player_id='2440055' first='Tomas' last='Baez'], another returning starter who contributed 11.9 ppg.

A point guard to watch in the 2029 class, Briley-Carter competes with older players at a high level and figures to be a mainstay in the Kingdom Prep Lutheran lineup for coach Chauncey Russell the next four seasons. Briley-Carter is a pass-first lead guard who has very impressive basketball instincts for such a young player. He is outstanding at drawing defenders and then getting the ball to an open teammate slashing to the basket or spotting up for a perimeter shot. Briley-Carter is quick with the ball in his hands and is an advanced ball handler and passer for a player just entering high school.

Oozing with potential, Turner is a skilled and athletic wing prospect. He gets good elevation on his jump shot and often finds the bottom of the net without touching the rim, thanks to his smooth pull-up jump shot that floats off his hands with good ball rotation. With a quick first step that often creates some separation from defenders, Turner can stop on a dime and rise up for his mid-range shots. He garnered honorable mention all-league recognition as a freshman in the Southeast Conference, coming off the bench for most of the season to average 9.0 points and 4.3 rebounds for an Oak Creek squad that went 20-7 under coach Eric Hollow. With increased strength and a locked-in mentality on defense, Turner could blossom as one of the top players in the Knights' new conference, the Classic Eight.

Noll had an enormous sophomore season playing for his father/coach, Scott, at Pecatonica. He averaged 25.1 points per game for the Division 5 Vikings to rank among the top scorers in the state in his class. And now, the 6-foot-3 combination guard has extended that strong play into the spring and summer, both with Pecatonica and the [program_tooltip program_id='2078835' first='Wisconsin' last='Swing'] club program. A left-handed shooter/playmaker, Noll gets baskets at a high level, both from the perimeter and off the bounce. He scored well into the double figures in each game for the Vikings in Burlington and, although he got bumped around a bit on his drives, he still somehow was able to either finish or get to the foul line. Improved physical strength and added weight definitely will help Noll going forward, but his skill, size and feel for the game are all very good.

A cloud-piercing forward with impressive length and an emerging skill set, Johnson was one of the more impressive players at the WBY Tournament in Burlington. He helped a Union Grove squad playing without top returning scorer [player_tooltip player_id='2872290' first='Griffin' last='Schultz'], to a 2-1 record with wins over South Milwaukee and Franklin Black, along with a loss to Edgerton. Johnson easily finishes above the rim and is aggressive once the ball gets into his hands. He is a fluid athlete who runs the floor and is continuing to develop his shooting, ball handling and passing. Like so many young players, Johnson will need to increase his physical strength and put on some weight, but he has a very bright future ahead of him thanks to his verticality, length and improved skills. He averaged 4.4 ppg as a freshman at Union Grove and will be a key performer for coach Ben Roettgen in the tough Southern Lakes Conference next winter.

The opportunity to compete in practice each day the past couple of seasons against talented teammates like Myles Herro (Ohio State) and Jack Lutz (South Florida, baseball) has paid off in a big-time way for Michalak, a returning starter for coach Andrew Wojik at Whitnall. With both Herro and Lutz moving on to college, the ball now is firmly in the hands of Michalak and he showed at Burlington he's ready to tackle the challenge of leading this new group of Falcons. Although gifted teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2510585' first='Cooper' last='Markee'] (6-5, 11.4 ppg) sat out with an injury, Michalak helped Whitnall stay competitive in each of its outings with Burlington, Monona Grove and Oak Creek. His shot-making from deep, toughness with the ball and ability to get to the basket were big positives for Whitnall.
